1. As I see that Artur Pawlowski is trending due to his wish for "Florida politics" in Alberta and his wish to "hunt down" members and supporters of the LGBTQ+ community, here's another reminder of who he is.
2. Today a number of friends caught this clip from a Pawlowski sermon (I believe today).
3. To include a list of all the hate rhetoric that Pawlowski is responsible for would be voluminous, however why don't we focus on the events of June 3, 2017 and a rally organized by the hate group WCAI (Worldwide Coalition Against Islam) where Artur was a keynote speaker.
4. Along with Artur and Dawid Pawlowski were members of other hate groups including the Canadian Combat Coalition, the Soldiers of Odin, and the III% militia, a group illegal in this country.
6. The Soldiers of Odin and III%ers were there, ostensibly, to provide security.
7. Were there weapons too?
You bet there were. Some of the Threepers were carrying stun canes.
8. Joey DeLuca spoke first and as he refers to refugees as sewage and parasites, note that Artur is in the background seemingly setting things up for his own speech.
9. I clipped the entire speech for length but I will include a link to the full speech later, but it also shows that the anti-globalist dog whistles we've been hearing have been around for a while.
10. Suffice to say that no one was at all subtle about their bigotry.
11. Artur's speech was also... something.
12. Later Artur and Dawid were angry at the police for not upholding city bylaws which, given his claims that bylaw officers have no authority over him, strikes me as a wee bit hypocritical now.
13. As an aside, there is NO way Joey DeLuca managed to book the square since he might have been the among the most disorganized hate group leaders I've come across.
