This will be a thread posting only the data that’s reliable. We have hundreds of opinions and false information in all this. I’ll try to put the things on the table neatly, so you can make your own conclusions. You can believe whatever you want, but you can’t change the facts.
Let’s start with the beginning, in October 2021. Taehyung and Joanna Chung (one of Jennie’s best friends and a friend of both) were spotted in a museum together. After that the rumors that he was with Joanna started, something that Taehyung didn’t like and he clarified on Weverse
In that moment we didn’t have any idea of Taennie until Taehyung followed Jennie on December 2021. Intentionally or not, he followed and unfollowed her on instagram, immediately after that he went to Weverse and wrote “that app is a scary place”
After that incidents everything was calm until May 2022, when a flight attendant in a Korean website sweared that both of them went on a trip to Jeju. The webpage was trustworthy because you need to validate that you have that job before commenting anything.
After some more people talking about seeing them we received the first image in June 2022. One taken by a random person on the road in which you can see Taehyung and Jennie in a car in Jeju. We must say that at this point in the story we didn’t know anything about gurumi yet.
This was the first time that the rumor reached the national tv in Korea. After this incident everybody tried to prove that the photo was an edit, so the rumors died pretty fast. We’ll talk about it later, when we analyze gurumi’s photos of this trip. 👇🏼
In July 2022 gurumi enters the scene. We don’t know exactly how, if hacking Jennie’s private account on instagram or receiving the information by a third person, but they started publishing taennie’s photos. Some details of the photo.
In August gurumi came back again with a new picture. This time one with a lot of details that shouldn’t be overlooked. First we have the phonecase, the same as jennie was using at that time.
Secondly we have the clothes. She used the same bag in the airport weeks after the photo was leaked when she was coming back from New York. We can see the same pants that Taehyung used in the permission to dance concerts last year.
Thirdly, and the most important, the location. That photo was taken at Taehyung’s house. We can spot the art that after that was hanging in the wall of his home (we saw it in a story that he upload with his friends in his house). He had taken some photos in that spot before.
After that many many photos came, the next one in an elevator in which again we can appreciate some details. Again, clothes that they had wear in other occasions.
And one of the most important details: their matching bracelets from Foundrae, a brand that they had wear a lot last year. They have wear them in oficial content.
And then gurumi publish the photos from their trip in Jeju back in May, confirming that they were there indeed.
First again: the clothes
And something that you can’t invent: Taehyung’s wound in his leg. We have seen this wound in different moments in the same spot.
