Trevor Coult has stated to have fundraised for veterans since his discharge in 2015. The tally is now at 250 K by own admission. We will however look at the suspected charity fraud under the banner of an unregistered charity“For Our Veterans” spanning 2018 - 2020/21

Coult did try to get charity status after having received pushback on social media over raising funds and was accused of keeping the funds. His lifestyle was not in keeping with his incomes. Coult contacted a company called Charity Expert. He was told he needed three trustees

Coult appointed four men to roles in the “charity”. Three trustees: Cornelius Bowen, a PC in Essex Police, ex Royal Irish, served with Coult. Dave Heyhoe, ex Royal Irish, served with Coult, and Joseph Paul, an American veteran. Coult did also enlist Tobias Flanders for IT.

Coult enlisted “ambassadors” for the unregistered charity spanning from American actor Matthew Marsden, who was very active on Twitter defending every penny Coult was accused of mishandling, to PC Bowen. Essex Police. The purpose was to create legitimacy for the “charity”

Coult was denied charity status and was instead investigated by the Charity Commission: Case: C-500906-R6H0. The Commissions report is quite interesting as it clearly states that Coult could not provide a single receipt nor had any records of the money.

So what about these receipts and what went down in the charity. Here Trevor wants to launch a clothing line with OHM Clothing. A vanity project that served no veteran. He ended up pocketing the money.

Trevor never showed the trustees bank statements and it all went to his own accounts (and family's) He did donate small strategic sums to keep up appearances and get more donations by using them as advertising. Here he is declaring standing monthly donations. Only the beginning.

For someone that keeps no records he has the amount down to a penny. Coult was the one that decided who to donate to, the few that actually received donations seem to have been as a strategic move as he used them on his website and sm pages as “proof” of being a real charity.

Coult didn't carry out income checks, or any ordinary checks. The “charity” was not available to the broader veterans community and any charitable causes supposedly came to Coult via Twitter or FB direct messages, was then supposedly paid out by Coult. No real receipts were shown

What Coult means by "our" account is his own account. And the figures don't add up to the almost 100 K he had fundraised that year.

He was raising money over PayPal as well. The tallies were not disclosed to the trustees once during the whole time he had them around. In fact, he ran everything himself. The PayPal account was hooked up to his personal bank account.

He was also raising money through cash donations. He kept a staggering amount of cash in his home. This is known as he had to deposit it eventually.

Let's not forget the raffles and auctions. They are way to many to fit in a tweet. That was never disclosed in any trustee meeting.

What I do not understand is how PC Bowen can possibly claim to have believed that these were legitimate receipts at the end of 2018, the year Trevor raised over 96 K and posted it on socials.

Regarding the Just Giving pages, this was recently and the giving part seems to have been withdrawn to Coult's bank account. He was also crowdfunding on at least two Virgin Money Giving pages at the time. None was disclosed to trustees. On record anyway.

Speaking of which. No cabin was bought. No veterans retreat or disused military site was bought. No Telemark trip happened No tools to help veterans were purchased. The £5 K for veterans that have fallen on hard times did not go towards that The “Mobile Clinic” was bought.

He did however try and con the other trustees out of 1800 each for the Telemark trip that never happened. The memorial fund money was never refunded and remains unaccounted for.

Telemark again.

Extorting a veteran to pay into Trevors personal bank account by threatening with unemployment. PC Bowen doesn't bat an eye.

The extortion, the lavish lifestyle Trevor was leading, the fact that the charity was never registered and the lack of receipts caused one of the trustees to file a police complaint. He was not the only one.

The trustee was unaware of the actual amount that had been raised that year. And the tallies for the Just Giving Pages weren't finalised. Coult was also fundraising quietly through Virgin Money Giving that year. No tallies available or amount of pages he had as they closed 2021

I will rest here but will resume this tomorrow. Signing off and have given up on snipers and Sam at Suffolk. In the meantime I'll treat you to what Trevor was buying while claiming to be homeless and destitute. Not to mention getting charity form SSAFA and others
