I made over $140,000 selling Notion templates.
Here's a 4-step framework on how to sell Notion templates:
( ↓ mini video course )
Step 1: Start by researching what Notion template to sell.
• See what is already in the market.
• Check their reviews and ratings.
• Some people even show you their sales on Gumroad.
Step 2: List down your Notion template ideas.
Once you have a glimpse of what people are creating, it's time for you to list down these ideas.
Answer these questions:
• Is this template already created?
• Will there be a market for it?
• What price would they pay for it?
Step 3. Prioritize Notion template ideas
I use the RICE prioritization framework:
• Reach - how many customers there will be?
• Impact - how impactful the template will be?
• Confidence - how much do I believe in this?
• Effort - how much effort will it take?
Step 4. Validate your template idea.
Let's imagine you're creating the Notion Student Kit- an entire Notion system for students. This would be your final product, but it will take you some time to create it.
So instead of creating a full product, create just one template page.
And lastly, if you would like to go more in detail on this topic.
