Finally comparing new partially redacted Mar-a-Lago affidavit to original. Never before has a former president been legally harassed over keeping, moving documents FROM HIS OWN PRESIDENCY.
Storage room had boxes other than WH materials, a fact DOJ tried to conceal from public:
Not sure why DOJ wanted this redacted - maybe to prevent public from seeing organized nature of WH boxes?
LOL so genius FBI agent tells judge bc 15 boxes given to NARA had files with "classified markings" (if you believe FBI) that must mean all the other boxes had classified docs too. BTW the switcheroo here is from classified to national defense info--which was NOT in subpoeana
Without a grand jury subpoeana approved by DC judge Beryl Howell (Obama appointee, former Dem senate staffer) FBI would never have gotten access to MAL security footage to create this garbage case.
FBI counting boxes w/o ANY proof they were evidence of a crime.
It's obvious why DOJ wanted this concealed bc it's so preposterously stupid. No one was under orders to not move boxes in the president's OWN HOME.
DOJ also tried to conceal cooperation from Trump. Biggest mistake was ever following NARAs orders. If anything, Trump over-cooperated with DOJ, allowing Jay Bratt and FBI into Mar-a-Lago in June by offering help with "anything" they needed.
DOJ wanted to conceal meat of probable cause argument for obvious reasons.
Outcome? FBI raided MAL, took 13,000 items.
DOJ later claimed only 100 files had "classified markings" with 25 found in Trump's office. (Prob untrue)
Now charged with espionage. F*cking disgrace
