PATNA is WAY BETTER than BANGALORE:

In the next 3 to 4 years Patna is going to be the HUB for all or most of the Tech-Companies. The movements from Banglore to Patna have already started by many.

It is a smart choice for the following reasons:

👇👇👇

1) The infrastructure of the city is great and once the metro project is completed, it will solve a lot of traffic issues.
The airport at Fulwari-sharif is just 15 mins away. Railway Station, Bus Stand everything is in the same vicinity.

2) "Where there is peace, there is prosperity"
@laluprasadrjd's words are now the unconscious realisation of many companies.
The damage done by BJP in Karnataka and Bangalore will take at least a decade to heal.
No one wants to set up a company surrounded with lawlessness.

3) BIGOTRY is NOT Tolerated in Bihar.
Ask Manish Kashyap who is rotting in Jail.

Yes, Bihar is very politically Conscious but the Sadhu Babas are shown their place with respect!!

4) Affordable RENTING:
Bangalore is now a hellhole for entry level people because they simply cannot afford to pay lakhs in deposit and then lose 90% of it at the end.
In Comparison, Patna is great. Also, nearby Fulwari-sharif, Danapur have very cheap accommodation.

Just the Advance Rent is enough in most places. In very very posh areas, they might ask for a month's security at max.
And there is a 99% guarantee that your 100% security deposit will be returned to you if you have not done any damage to the property.

5) Low Transportation cost both in terms of time and money:
Thanks to point 1), The traffic in the city is very well managed thanks to a lot of recent elevated corridors.

6) Affordable Healthcare: The system at IGIMS and even state level hospitals has improved a lot thanks to @yadavtejashwi's recent 60-day overhaul transformation plan.
Private hospitals are already way better than any other city.

7) Affordable Good Schooling for Kids:
One major concern for managers is the good schooling for the kids. The private schools in Patna offer everything and even more than those of Bangalore at a much lower fee.

8) The Weather: Yes, you might not need an AC in the weather of Bangalore.
But that is true for only homes. For office spaces, the cost of Air Conditioning is still 40% cheaper in Patna.
The winters in Patna are one of the most enjoyable. You can have Barbeque Litti and Mutton.

9) The Power Tariff: Both Industrial and domestic rates are cheaper here. Sure, there are 200 units free in Karnataka.
However, after that the rates are very high.
After the arrival of the Pre-paid meter, for an outsider, the landlords won't be able to charge anything on power.

10) Night Life in Patna:
The night life in Patna is way better than even New Delhi.
As a female in Night, Patna is way safer as compared to every other state-Capitals I have been to.
Travelling for the night shift is seamless.
The credit here goes to vigilant local journalists.

11) The Legacy:
Patna is RICH in terms of its legacy tourist attractions from Budhha Smriti Park to Gol-Ghar to Takhat Shri Harminder Sahib. The tourist attractions are immense.

12) For Youth:
Yes, sure it is not a paradise but the middle aged uncles have realised that their economy is literally driven by the young loving couples here.
They are the main consumers of their products.
Hence, बजरंग दल को टाइट कर के रखा जाता है!

Way Ahead,
Yes, lot is still needed to be done terms of stringent Labour Codes for the employees, more public libraries etc.

But the Socio Economic Progress from 1990 till now cannot be ignored considering where we were at that time!

Amplify this if you find it useful!
