In 1994, July Justine Shelby (previously William O. McClain), a transvestic cross-dresser, was convicted of molesting a 9 year old boy and raping a 16 year old girl.
Shelby violated his parole in 2009 for having internet access in his apartment, and was returned to prison.

Additionally, Shelby was never required to register as a sex offender.

In 2016, Shortly after his release from prison for his parole violation, Shelby was arrested for distributing child exploitation material and reached a plea agreement of 180 months in prison.

After his conviction, he was categorized as at an “above average risk” of reoffending.
His psychologist recommended him for the Sex Offender Management Program, which is only available to male offenders due to the fact female offenders have extremely low recidivism rates.

DESPITE the fact he had already undergone treatment and offended a THIRD TIME, Sarah Netburn, the Obama appointed judge, hand-waved the fact SOMP was not available at women’s prison.
Sarah apparently thinks special lady hormones magically neutralize habitual child-rapists.

Because Sarah Netburn is a piece of human garbage, she figured prioritizing the feelings of a child rapist and child pornographer was more important than the female inmates he would be putting at risk.
I don’t know about you, but irdc if child rapists feel like “outcasts.”

If that wasn’t bad enough, Sarah Netburn is trying to force the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) to pay the cool several hundred thousand to give Shelby gender affirming surgery.

Riddle me this, why are we electing politicians that appoint misogynistic, agenda-driven, activist judges, that flagrantly violate international human rights agreements, by housing male, let alone male-rapists, with vulnerable female prisoners?

The Worker’s Lab, the organization that funds Black and Pink, was co-founded by David Rolf, an advisor to the Aspen Institute, among others, which in turn, is funded by organizations affiliated w/ the WEF, IPPF, and UN, which advocate for loosening sex crime reporting laws.

Additionally, the CEO of The Worker’s Lab, was an Obama field-manager.
You would think these organizations would be more discretionary and avoid funding organizations that platform pedophiles.
