There are many limiting beliefs like:

• Men are not supposed to cry
• Don’t get physically close to any guy
• Showing any emotion is unacceptable

Use violence for protection

Be vulnerable

Aragorn is aware of his fears & shares them openly

But he doesn't let them control him

Have a romantic side

Sharing moments of intimacy with someone is a beautiful part of life

Tap into your warrior

As a man you should be:

• capable of violence
• trained in war
• hard to kill

This is how you protect what you love

Have affection toward other men

Intimacy isn't always physical

It's also:

• Sharing feelings
• Loving one another
• Supporting each other

Men need to have each other's backs

Cultivate self-awareness

Know:

• what your strengths are
• what your weaknesses are

And be able to resist temptation

Always do what is right

Be willing to lead

Men want to follow someone

Rally others behind your purpose

Use your gifts to heal
