1- Universal Meditech Inc (UMI) / Prestige Biotech Inc (PBI) executives Yao Xiuqin and Wang Zhaoyan share the names with the heads of Ai De Biopharmaceutical in Qingdao, China 姚秀芹 and 王朝艳
2- Ai De Biopharmaceutical shares the “141 Zhuzhou Road” address in Qingdao with multiple Chinese medical firms such as Qingdao Guangdi Packaging Material and Ai De Diagnostic — all of which have shipped medical supplies to UMI or PBI, according to import records
3- Ai De Diagnostic’s website states its located in the Qingdao High-Tech Industrial Park
4- The Qingdao High-Tech Industrial Park was established and is overseen by the CCP
5- FDA filings also list Ai De Diagnostic at “87 Zhuzhu Road” in Qingdao, which closely resembles the address given for Yao Xiuqin, “87 Zhuzhou” Road in Qingdao
6- In addition to the shipments to Nevada and California, Ai De Diagnostic apparently shipped to UMI at 115 Enterprise Ave. South Secaucus, NJ 07094 in June 2019
7- Ai De Diagnostic is apparently affiliated with International Newtech Development Inc., active in west Canada
8- In addition to UMI & PBI, Wang Zhaoyan is also listed as CEO, agent, or managing member of at least 5 companies in Nevada & California: Superior Meditech Investments LLC, Medi-Source LLC, David Destiny Discovery LLC, Advance Meditech LLC, & Advance Meditech Investors LLC
9- Business filings list an individual named Vivian Li as the accountant for Advance Meditech
10- Import filings seem to indicate Vivian Li works for both UMI and Ai De Diagnostic
11- An unknown entity with a similar name to Ai De Diagnostic — Qingdao AD Technology Fund — is listed as the managing member of both Medi-Source and David Destiny Discovery
12- The agent for David Destiny Discovery is David He, who is UMI and PBI’s representative
13- David Destiny Discovery and Medi-Source are both listed at 979 SUGAR SPRINGS DR, Las Vegas, NV, 89110 in some business filings
14- The address 3528 WYNN RD, LAS VEGAS, NV, 89103 that belongs to Barry Zhang, a Nevada CPA, is used for both PBI and Medi-Source
15- Ai De Biopharmaceutical’s Wang Zhaoyan is also listed as an executive at several other “Ai De” companies including 青岛爱德出入境服务有限公司 and 青岛爱德医疗科技有限公司
16- Wang Zhaoyan’s English signature on some business filings appears as “Yan Wang”
17- FDA recall report for Universal Meditech lists Yan Wang
18- June 2019, Candace Liu, UMI’s chief operating officer, participated in discussion at the China-California Business Forum in L.A. w/ reps from the Guangdong province Department of Commerce, BYD N. America & Deloitte
19- Candace Liu has served as vice president of the Central California Chinese Cultural Association
20- UMI & Advanced Meditech shared the address of 1155 E NORTH AVE, SUITE 101, FRESNO, CA, 93725 in some business filings
21- Chong Law Group address, 3859 S VALLEY VIEW BLVD SUITE 2-150, LAS VEGAS, NV, 89103, has served as the address for Zhaolin Wang and Yao Xiuqin in filings
22- The address 4831 W FLAMINGO RD #2222, Las Vegas, NV, 89103, has been listed for Yao Xiuqin, Wang Zhaoyan and David Destiny Discovery in some business filings
23- The address for UMI and PBI’s attorney Michael Lin, 5288 W Spring Mountain Rd #103, Las Vegas, NV 89146, has been listed for PBI and Yi Li, an agent or legal entity in some related business filings
24- UMI / PBI representative Wang Xiaoxiao has been listed at either 404 Wanggezhuang Street, Laoshan District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China or 1320 E FORTUNE AVE, SUITE 102 FRESNO, CA 93725 in business filings
25- UMI, Superior Meditech Investments & Advance Meditech Investors have all been listed at 2375 E Tulare Ave, Tulare, CA 93274 in filings
26- Address of Advanced Meditech’s exec, Qiang He, is listed as “2-1 Dianshang Shanxiyingjie Shuangqiaoqu, Chengde, Hebei, 067000” in filings
27- Chem professor & CCP member, Yao Xiuqin, at Changchun University of Architecture & Civil Engineering specializes in research on chemical oxygen demand & waste water analysis related to the products like urinalysis tests & pregnancy tests shipped to UMI / PBI
