- Fulton County couldn't produce a single ballot image out of about 315,000 from in-person advanced voting.

Georgia Law requires that these election records are retained for a minimum of 2 years.

Since there are no advance in-person images for us to count, let's look at the Absentee ballots:

Absentee Scanner 3 Batch 177 was counted 3 times and included in other batches.

Brad Raffensperger claims that there are 4.7 million total ballots then the live feed mysteriously cuts and magically almost 300,000 ballots are added.

It would be impossible for Joe Biden to win if there were 2% of 4.7 million ballots left to count even if Joe Biden got every single one of those votes.

4,700,000 x 0.02 = 94,000

It's ok because when he comes back on there's gonna be almost 300,000 more ballots.

As of June 2022, the total number of ballot images that are missing in Georgia is 1,700,000.

Raffensperger did nothing with the evidence.

Even the U.S. District Court Judge found Raffensperger and his office to be "not credible."

I personally found that someone was tampering with election files from 2018 in the middle of the night right before the recount (also mired in controversy with Kemp)

Just a few of the problems with Fulton County.

Even months before the election, the largest discrepancy a person with decades of experience had seen. This was a non-partisan runoff race in Gwinnett County. They repeatedly refused open record requests.

Senior VP of Atlanta Hawks Geoffrey Stiles texts about the infamous water leak on election day.

The water leak did not cause a 4 hour delay .

Karen Handel (then Fulton Co. Commission Chair and Rep. candidate for Sec. of State.) made this report in 2006. Then after getting elected, she reversed her opinion while accepting $25,000 in donations from family members and partners of the voting machine vendor lobbyist. (cont)

When Brian Kemp was Secretary of State and running for Governor he linked his campaign facebook page to his official Secretary of State website. Whoever went to get help on the official site was directed to his campaign page. This was up for 6 months and violates GA law (cont)

But Secretary of State in Georgia operates quite regularly above the law...and with respect to elections.

May 3, 2002, SoS Cathy Cox signed $54m contract to purchase GA's voting machines even though they had no audit trial as required by law.

May 9, 2002, Gov. Ray Barnes signed Act 789 that the Gen. Assembly passed (SB414) which removed the previous audit requirement (SB213) to prevent future challenges.

Unsecured elections are "baked into the code" here in Georgia. And they aren't above ruining lives to accomplish

In fact, many of us here in Georgia have known this for a long time and we've had to develop strategies to mitigate the risk of our votes not being counted by an unverifiable system.

Again, same bad actors, same offices, same lies.

They are traitors to the State of Georgia.

Down here in Georgia, crooks get appointed as Fulton County Superior Court Judge so they can make rulings on elections lawsuits

As you can see, no qualms about framing someone for something they didn't do.

It's well documented that they are pathological liars even in court. So it is apparent to me that they have no concern about the legal repercussions much less any ethical concerns.

Here's Karen Handel using the good ol' "most secure elections ever" line literally whilst having the worst rated voting system in America.

Ruby Freeman met with reps from the GA
SoS, GBI, FBI/DOJ in Dec '20 as a whistleblower
on the improper re-scanning of absentee
ballots and the improper access to voting
computers via USB ports.

She said that what the SoS and DA were reporting was false and a fraud. When she met FBI/DoJ, they did not attempt to find out what she knew. Instead they told her to delete her social media.

A year after the election Gov. Kemp issued a report detailing inconsistencies with Risk-Limiting Audit. I can't reconcile why he has a different attitude now that Trump is indicted.

Interesting how all these "human errors" benefit the same candidate. I would agree that fraud is erroneous!

The June 2020 Primary was a disaster.

Risk Limiting Audit procedures are meaningless for Ballot Marking Devices used in GA. The creator of that procedure, Prof. Philip Stark, wrote to legislators before they passed HB316 bill and explained that it was invalid.

Counties ignored petitions when uncertified scanners (illegal) accepted ballots but tabulators ignored votes (not counted, not rejected, officials not alerted) in June 2020 primary. Thousands of votes went uncounted. Sec. of State Raffensperger certified the results anyway.

GA June 2020 primary:
1) Many mail in votes were not counted.
2) Gabriel Sterling insisted that no counting problem existed.
3) $100M system didn't work.
4) Settings were set to ignore check marks (bubble < 12%) This is against GA law.
5) State wasted time.

Inexplicable results in non-partisan runoff:
1) 37% - 20% becomes 40% - 60% in runoff w/ no explanation
2) Judge got 55-61% mail-in absentee (verifiable) despite opponents stronger mail-in campaign.
3) Opponent only got 15-20% early votes (unverifiable)
4) Unsecure
5) No audit

Gwinnett Co. blocks public from viewing sample ballot images and actual ballots before certification, invents private interpretation of the law, certifies anyway, then seals the records win in election with unprecedented anomalies. No audits performed or planned for future issues

1) Early voting begins w/o testing required by law.
2) SoS made last min changes statewide
3) State Elections Dir. Chris Harvey (usual suspect) tells counties they must update last min and not to "waste time" on testing
4) SoS certified software before testing
5) Fulton Co. skips
