Did Mark Higton, former Chair of Hammersmith Conservatives refer an offer to supply PPE to you, writing to you at your private email address?
Did civil servants record you *personally* in internal DHSC spreadsheets as being joint winner of a £25m PPE contract? And did they show Mark Higton as being the main contact for that contract?

What is the connection between Mark Higton, former Chair of Hammersmith Conservatives, and Luxe Lifestyle? And why has Luxe still not filed its accounts?
Do you agree that, if a contract gets the VIP treatment, you having referred it on to civil servants and being closely associated in official documents with that contract, it's reasonable to describe it as a VIP contract?
Do you agree that the PPE described by civil servants as supplied by "Minister Hands/Luxe Lifestyle" was marked by the NHS as "Do not supply"? And that this indicated it was unfit for use?
Do you agree it is deeply peculiar that a company with negative net assets and no employees was awarded a £25m PPE contract after being referred by you and Mark Higton?
Do you agree that, contrary to what you say, Government's own Internal Audit Agency described the Luxe Lifestyle contract as having been processed through the VIP lane? And appears concerned no conflict of interest was declared by you?
Do you agree that, a draft Government Internal Audit Agency having described it as a "VIP Channel" contract and an MP, presumably you, as the referrer, it is very odd it was then removed from the published list of VIP contracts?

Given £25m of public money has been spent on a deeply concerning PPE contract in deeply concerning circumstances in which you appear to have played a central role, do you not think the public deserves answers?
