It’s somehow still common opinion on twitter that Nobara is somehow dead. So I think it’s time to look at all of the hints and foreshadowing suggesting otherwise.

First things first, Nitta said theres over a 0% chance of survival.

This is an odd thing to say about a main character if you’re going to kill him/her off anyway.

Keeping a character’s status ambiguous like this for the reader is not good writing in case she’s actually dead.

Secondly, Megumi tell yuji about her status. On a surface level, this might seem like Megumi doesn’t have the heart to tell Yuji the truth. But there’s another factor at play, Sukuna.

Nobara, as the biggest counter to Sukuna/Kenny, would be a huge hindrance to them…

…since her CT is a perfect counter to every big villain we’ve had. She can hit the soul, hit a specific soul to, for example, hit Kenjaku, but not Geto. Or Sukuna, but not Megumi. And on top of that, she can do all of that from insane distances away.

A hard counter…

…especially now that there’s a conveniently missing finger👀

On to the next point: Nobara’s death was not mentioned alongside Nanami to Gojo, which is weird, considering Gojo cares more about his first year students than anyone else in the world, except maybe Geto and Yuta.

Along with her feeling the core of cursed energy right before dying, just like Gojo before his awakening…

All that coupled with the other parallels between her and Gojo, whether it’d be the events they went through, or their personality, makes me 100% sure Nobara will return, and I don’t think we’ll have to wait much longer either👀

Also, Gojo stands up from this luxury chair and Nobara sits down right after him. After which Itadori responds along the lines of: “Hey! Me next!”

Knowing Gege, this might not just be a silly moment, but foreshadowing.

Biggest stretch in the thread tho

@Kamakand also for example the “enchain” binding vow would not have worked if it were not 2 separate souls

and since Nobara was able to hit both clones of Mahito simultaneously, despite fighting only 1 of them, also says a lot on this subject.

@Kamakand As of rn, nobaras ability is the only one that can distinguish 2 separate souls that reside in a singular body.
