The dialogues contain interactions between 5 or 6 characters, but only from the others' perspective. Therefore it is difficult to determine who exactly is the DLC character supposed to be. However, the leaked Story Mode Expansion did contain dialogues that allow us to understand who is referring to what.
Reading on will introduce you to spoilers, you have been warned.

Part 1 - Noob Saibot
There are several dialogues discussing Bi-Han's new identity, being a wraith (a dead ghost), both in dialogues and in the story mode expansion. Below are some. 4th pic shows "Black Noir" from "The Seven".

Part 2 - Cyrax
It is obvious in the story expansion dialogues that Cyrax is not happy with Bi Han, and decides to leave the lin kuei right after the Cyber Initiative (shown in Subzero's ending, and in Story Expansion). There are also hints that he joins Scorpion.
Below are intro dialogues between characters and the Alleged Cyrax. It is important to remember that Cyrax is African.
Line 02833 is the most obvious one.

Part 3 - He-Man, OR Kotal Kahn, Or Conan
These dialogues talk about a big muscly dude who looks like Battle Beast, and uses a Broad Sword. The 3 characters above all fit that description.
The last 2 pictures show Battle Beast and a Broad Sword.

Part 4 - Frost / Sareena / New?
These dialogues discuss a young woman who is critical to the Story Expansion, we see her first during the first Act, and we see her during the last act. She's a Lin Kuei, so we suspect that it's Frost, however, her outfit description fits Sareena. [spoiler] Harumi prevents Kuai Liang from killing her.

4th Picture shows Damien Darkblood.

Part 5 - GhostFace
There are multiple lines discussing movies, knifes, masks, black capes, and scary stuff. This could easily be GhostFace 🤷🏻‍♂️
Last pic is GhostFace for those who don't know him.

Part 6 - T-1000 (unsure, but possible)
If you read all the dialogues, you will notice that they refer to TWO different cyborgs. One being a former Lin Kuei member (Cyrax) and the other being an Evil Titanium Robot. There is also another voice line where PeaceMaker tells him "You look like my dad!". It is important to note the Robert Patrick plays both, T-1000 and Peacemaker's dad. However, it is also important to note that Peacemaker's dad looks like He-Man 🤷🏻‍♂️
It is also clear that this character (the evil robot) talks a lot about his armor in praise, which is something Cyrax NEVER does.

Part 7 - The Remaining Characters: Jade, Cassie Cage, Kung Jin
These 3 characters appear only vs Nitara, so it's possible that they got Megan Fox to record her voice lines for them either too early, or "just in case". We're still unsure who's coming first and last, or if everyone is coming or will be scrapped/changed. Regardless, here are the dialogues for them 3.

Part 8 - Kameos / Final Part
There are currently some new Kameos in the files, found by @interloko. However there are also Characters using codenames in the files, so the Kameos could be codenames as well, but I highly doubt it.
The List includes 5 Kameos:
- Li Mei
- Liu Kang
- Quan Chi
- Shinnok
- Kintaro
