🇺🇦Ukrainian soldiers successfully landed and established a position on the left bank of the Dnipro river.

Part of the village Krynky was liberated from the Russians and right now the bridgehead is being expanded

Let's start with the fact that units of the 137th Marine Battalion carried out offensive actions in this area

Since October 11, the Ukrainian soldiers are on the Left Bank of the Dnipro.

On October 14, a massive attack on Russian positions began. I want to note that it was a very unexpected surprise for the Russians.

At 6:00 a.m., soldiers started assault on the village Krynky, the Russians did not expect this and paid for it, 4 invaders who were having breakfast were killed immediately.

The rest of Russians ~25 ran into the forest near village.

They were later sent by the Russian command together with “special assaulters” to retake the village back but it was not successful and those assault group were destroyed

During this assault TWO Russian soldiers surrendered without firing any single shot

The 1st of the prisoners is a 60-year-old resident of Smolensk region who was in prison 40 years ago and went to Ukraine to earn money.

The 2nd is a 39-year-old

They are mobilized by the Putin’s regime

Thanks to them, the AFU found out very interesting things.

These were Russian soldiers of the 26th Motorized Rifle Regiment who were sent to "defend the Dnieper" from Ukrainian soldiers

Also interesting details from prisoners:

«They have been "defending the Dniepr“ since August of this year, for which they were promised 200,000 rubles, that were paid only once.

There is no morale, if there was an opportunity they would all surrender, but their propaganda scares them by the fact that they will be tortured and killed in captivity.»

❗️I will repeat that the Armed Forces of Ukraine act in accordance with the Geneva Convention and do not torture prisoners

In the first 2 days, the enemy's artillery did not work so actively, but later they started shelling from everything possible: FABs, mortars, artillery, MLRS «Grad», «Uragan», FPV drones, also Russian tanks and BMPs worked.

During the tank shelling, soldiers managed to damage the tank

Despite the active combat actions, at least 2 people lived in the village, it was an old man and a woman, they were evacuated

Right now, most of the buildings in this village have been destroyed as a result of artillery and aerial bombs strikes.

Defending positions by Ukrainian Marines

I want to note about the 3 biggest problems faced by the soldiers:

1. It is very difficult with the evacuation, it can be carried out only at night, since during the day the Russian FPV kamikaze drones were very active

2. This is Russian artillery, aviation, tanks and BMP, they simply methodically destroy all the houses

3. Cowardice of some units that refused to go into battle.

Summarizing the result:

1. Ukraine has created another bridgehead for a full-scale offensive in the Kherson region

2. As a result of the assault, up to a company (~50) of Russians was killed

3. TWO Russians surrendered and told a lot of interesting things
