Dear Mr Friedman @tomfriedman, this letter (page #5 is in the post below) which sums up 5 years of my life, was drafted with the help of my lawyers from Vinson & Elkins and sent to Meta late Dec 2022.
It took us almost a year to produce this letter because all the materials backing my claims, all the court documents between myself and Meta, hundreds of emails, audio recordings of calls/meetings with Meta's representatives and others here in Israel and much more - are in Hebrew.
This letter outlines the story of a well-documented bribery scheme between managers in Meta and Netanyahu which brought Netanyahu to take down in the Knesset (on July 18, 2018) a legislation called "the Facebook Law" and in return Meta, among other things, turned a blind eye to the large army of fake profiles on Facebook working for Netanyahu to tilt our elections and spread conspiracy theories, lies and hatred.
This bribe is still going on today and the people involved still work for Meta, some mentioned by name in the letter including Jordana Cutler, a former advisor to Mr. Netanyahu whom Meta hired in or about 2016 as its official liaison to the Israeli government.
Meta had years of opportunities during "negotiations" with me to deny these claims and facts but chose not to. There is an obvious and illegal coverup going on inside Meta for the past 6 years to hide this affair from the uninvolved and probably still clueless managers and board members. >>
This 2 page reply I received from Meta through White & Case on January 16, 2023 which did not deny one claim or fact presented in the letter - is bluntly part of the coverup as it only quoted (not backed or declared as true, only quoted) an Israeli judge who knows nothing about the case but was led to believe (like his peers before him) by Meta's legal representatives in Israel that Meta investigated my claims and found them baseless.
In reality this did not happen, Meta didn't investigate anything and still today does not deny one claim or fact presented in my letter. >>
In fact the same legal representative of Meta who lied on record to the judges here was also recorded by me (in a mandatory mediation meeting, part of legal proceedings I initiated in 2018 against Meta) stating on behalf of Meta that I may be right on everything and that “Meta did not investigate my claims due to manpower issues and would not do so no matter what I do”. He is from Meitar, Liquornik & Co and still represents Meta in Israel today. You can listen to him himself in these 7 minutes extract from our mediation meeting. >>
To make a long story short Thomas, this is not a case of my word against Meta's word, this is my word against no word from Meta and if we demand answers from @Meta, the awful truth will immediately present itself and a Tikun Olam would begin.
