Public docs show the WHO praised South Africa's "highly motivated" apartheid regime for "enthusiastic support" to vaccinate "black subjects" with an experimental chimp-blood vax AFTER CDC proved it gave HIV to America’s gay community.

Paul Offit admitted the blood in the vax was "heavily contaminated with HIV"[7.11] but in this video claims it was killed. He deleted his X after I asked to explain the CDC trial results: 42% who got vax'd w/ chimp blood were HIV+ vs 9% who got placebo.

Part 1: A VACCINE FROM CHIMP BLOOD

Hepatitis couldn't be grown in a lab, so a vax had to be made from antigens in the blood of those infected. The WHO said it was too 'expensive' to use human blood. The solution: chimpanzee antigens were "indistinguishable from man."

The first experiment Hep-B was made by feeding chocolate milk with feces to children to make antigens. [7.11, 3.02] WHO concluded it was too expensive for vax production, but chimps infected with human hepatitis-b virus made "indistinguishable" antigens[3.13, 3.14]

CDC, FDA made vax's "obtained from the plasma of a chimpanzee"[3.18, 3.19 ,3.31]. 1976: Prince purified chimp antigens subtype "adw", listed in his patent as human vax from chimp blood, Merck packaged as Lot 751 [3.28, 4.04]. The blood from the children was subtype "ayw" [4.27]

WHO called for clinical trials using "similar preparations" for medical staff (Lot 761 'ayw') and homosexuals (Lot 751 'adw'). Lot 751 from chimp-blood was given to >200 volunteers ~1976, thousands of gay men in 1978-1980, and to ~half the placebo group 1981-1982 [3.13, 4.05]

Merck admits if they didn't fully inactivate the HIV they didn't know was in the vax, new HIV strains would have been mass introduced in NY and CA in 1978. Worobey's epidemiological studies show 8 new variants in NY and CA in 1978, with no HIV in the America's pre-1978.

PART 2: CDC STUDIES PROVE HIV TRANSMISSION

When AIDS emerged during the trials the CDC initially was more forthcoming, conceding NO hiv pre-trial and post 42% who got vaccine were HIV+ vs 9% placebo. The CDC halted publishing the results and switched to other messaging.

The CDC results showed the rate of HIV infection was dose dependent: 42% who got 3+ doses of vaccine, 25% who got 2, and 9% in those who only got placebo [4.07, 4.15]

After reports the trial introduced AIDS, officials LIED claiming the 1st HIV+ samples were collected before the 1st dose. FACT: 20,000 men's blood archived in pre-trial screening. Vax given to >200 volunteers ~1976. First HIV+ sample collected 1978, 1st year of trial [4.17]

Another CDC study estimated year of infection based on disease progression of early AIDS cases. Blue bars are CDC's numbers [4.03]. Red line is approx infection rate among high risk group excluded from trial for unsafe sex history [4.13]

Here are the CDC figures from [4.03] showing change in HIV rate from prior year. Officials say the 1978 number is 'normal' sexual spread, but using CDC estimates for risk per unsafe sex act, gay men would have had to have sex every ~15 minutes in 1978 for this to be sexual

PART 3: THE ABSURD DEFENSE

The strongest proof of a coverup of HIV transmission is the absurdity of the Worobey-lead studies authorities claim exonerated the vax. Worobey's the same scientist who with the "proximal origins" team exonerated the Wuhan lab

The study begins by assuming the emergence of 8 new strains in 1978 in gay men in NY and CA cannot be explained by injecting those same men, that same year, in those same cities with chimpanzee blood precisely at the moment they became infected with that chimpanzee virus

All evidence proves there was no HIV in the America's pre-vax. CDC estimated 1st infection in 1977. In 1960's-70's Haitians donated a swimming pool of blood each year. None of the tens of millions of Americans who got blood transfusions each year contracted the virus [7.23]

PART 4: WHO + APARTHEID PARTNERSHIP

Officials, scientists, and NGO's like the WHO were not just covering up a past medical experiment gone wrong. Rather, they actively helped Merck sell the remaining Lot 751 to South Africa's apartheid regime, vax exclusively black communities

Officials assured the public the current FDA-approved version sold under the brand name Merck Heptavax was made exclusively from human blood and screened for HIV [4.22]

Apartheid scientists said "black infants" and "black subjects" needed "Merck Heptavax Lot 751". But Heptavax was the brand-name of the FDA-approved human-blood version everybody BUT "black subjects" got. Lot 751 was the experimental chimp blood gay men got [6.08, 6.24, 8.02]

Pre-Lot 751 there was no HIV among the Swazi. Post 40% were HIV+ [6.12]. Venda was the least affected when they got it ~1991 under a WHO program that praised the "highly motivated" apartheid regime for its "enthusiastic support". Later~10% were HIV+ [6.22, 6.23, 6.21]

From '82-'86 South Africa's black heteros were HIV free. Then cases exploded, but only affecting blacks in Southern Africa [6.06, 6.07, 6.27]. In 1982 some villages in Eastern China got a brief Lot 751 trial, and later ~10% were HIV+ despite most having no risk factors
