Atty Merchant who filed the motion with the allegations is KNOWN to the Atl press. They have used her as an expert many times. They know she worked for Wade. She knows where the bodies are buried.

The Atl press knows Fani is a screw up. They know about the allegations in the Young Thug case. They know she was recused from investigating Burt Jones bc she used poor judgment.
They know McBurney covered for her last summer when he filed his extraordinary dismissal motion

AFTER he had been recused from the case and another judge was seated to hear the case.
In his order, in spite of her past bad judgment, McBurney sung Fani's praises. This was 2 weeks before the indictments dropped.

Oh, and remember GA indictment day and they dropped mid day before the GJ even voted to indict and that story disappeared into the ether? No curiosity from the ATL press.

And when Fani and Judge McBurney were cracking jokes in the courtroom when the indictments were issued?
ATL media joked alongside them because they were getting Trump?

And Judge McBurney was reassigned the GA Ballots case in May? By law, it should have been started within 90 days, and 8 months later we are still waiting? And the media is silent?

And when the special process GJ report was released, the one led by Wade, it was revealed they wanted to indict US Sens Loeffler and Perdue for questioning Brad and GA Sen Ligon for holding a hearing and publishing a report that recorded the shenanigans

And in every hearing in GA, Judge McAfee denies defense motions and sides with the prosecution? He allows the prosecution theory of the case- that an election contest - is actually a VERY serious RICO case, when we all know Fani's background.

Based upon the record of Fulton County judges in the election cases- and btw- let's not forget the one that began it all. The 2020 election case that was considered the best in the nation (Fani is prosecuting one of the lawyers involved in the filing and plaintiffs) was NOT

Given a court date. Which was against GA law.
That was the reason for the phone call. Because Fulton County didn't docket the case and assign a judge until Dec 31st. Which was against the law. But we are supposed to forget ALL of this in light of the new allegations
