She says her trip to Israel was not to be investigative…

She says there are other bodies who have that mandate and in fact in part of the report she calls on ISRAEL to allow those bodies to conduct investigation which they have not done into the allegations of sexual violence.

She also calls on ISRAEL to allow a full investigation into reports of sexual violence committed by ISRAELIS on Palestinians in which Israel also said no to both investigations.

The UN faced challenges in collecting evidence, limited survivor and witness testimony also forensic.

The also faced challenges with dispersed comes scenes, with loss of potentially valuable evidence due to the interventions of inadequately trained VOLUNTEERS first responders. Due to this there was loss of forensic evidence, and many bodies suffered burn damage as well..

They also could not verify information on the occurrence of Sexual violence. There is a limited number of survivors of sexual violence with little access to them as well as witnesses of the attacks. They were unable to meet WITH A SINGLE VICTIM OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE.

Despite concerted efforts encouraging victims to come forward they were not able to meet with any sexual violence victims. They were made aware of a small number of survivors undergoing specialized treatment, and the displacement of several communities it hindered first hand info

As a result because of all the challenge, it must be noted the only information gathered by mission teams was sourced from ISRAELI NATIONAL INSTITUTIONS as well as the lack of cooperation by the State of Israel with relevant UN bodies. The team took every step with UN methodology

The mission team was UNABLE TO ESTABLISH the prevalence of sexual violence and concluded that a full investigation with relevant UN bodies would be required.
