Raskin on Giuliani: "He wanted to go from his 'Fraud Guarantee' to guaranteeing a fraud on the American people."

Parnas testifies that unverified political dirt would come over from Ukraine that he would pass along John Solomon, and then Solomon would immediately go on Fox News and amplify it. He also singles out Ron Johnson and Pete Sessions for doing Russia's bidding with him.

Swalwell uses his questioning time to contrast the things that Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner actually did with the things Republican accuse Hunter Biden (a private citizen, not a White House official) of doing

"You key witness today is testifying from the slammer ... Fox News isn't even carrying this today" -- Swalwell lists the top 10 reasons impeachment is dead

Raskin: "[Gaetz] seemed to be upset about a couple things. One was fraud, which was fascinating to me given that his hero Trump was just convicted civilly of bank & insurance fraud... he's also upset about China... China actually gave more than $5m to Trump while he was POTUS."
