On March 13 2024 I made a complaint to the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office about Master McCloud, a serving judge who has been engaging publicly and inappropriately in debates on sex and gender.

The judge (who remains in post) had been posting on Linked in as "Judge in the High Court" ... The Judicial Conduct Standards say don't do this.
Demonstrating hostility towards people with gender critical beliefs... The Judicial Conduct Standards say don't do this.
Engaging inappropriately with the media...The Judicial Conduct Standards say don't do this.
McCloud suggests a plan to continue to sit as a part-time judge in "semi-retirement".
Has a deal been done already to circumvent judicial discipline?

Since I submitted the complaint:
🧑⚖️ McCloud continues to be serving judge.
🙈There has been no disciplinary statement published by JCIO.
🤯 McCloud launched a crowdfund together with the Good Law Project
🙄McCloud continues to post campaigning messages
McCloud is now posting statements with the disclaimer "non-judicial statement under ECHR Art 10".
Are other judges allowed to do this, or is it a special rule?
