The VT Bonus (0.20 P.) for performing two vaults with post-flights in different directions is a go.
FINALLY, Gr. 5 vaults (i.e. Chengs) will be deducted for incomplete LA turn in the pre-flight. Currently, Gr. 5 vaults are exempt from this specific deduction, though can be deducted for staggered hand placement, etc.
Sadly, max. 1 Jaeger with or w/o turn did make it into the final draft. This is actually much harsher than the Tkatchev restriction, as gymnasts can do Tkatchevs from different lines in the ToE, e.g. Hindorff and Ricna.
A change you won't find in the CoP but that will be published in future NL/Help Desk is regarding the swing bwd with 1/2 turn to mixed grip that gymnasts are doing out of Shaps to connect to an Ezhova.

Next cycle, if the swing reaches horizontal, it will be considered a devalued fwd giant (A) and no CV will be awarded. If the swing doesn't reach horizontal, it will be considered no DV and an empty swing (-0.50 P.)

On FX, DMT Bonus can only be awarded when 3 or 4 acro lines are performed, so 2-pass routines cannot receive the DMT Bonus.
Sadly, the CV changes on FX did go through. This will probably kill my favourite acro line of whip 1/1 + double tuck, as now gymnasts can put a flic between the saltos for the same CV. 😭

There really weren't many changes this go around, which is a pity because I had hoped for some significant changes to BB. The changes on FX are regressive, IMO.
Regarding new valuations, all Tkatchev 1/2 and Jaeger 1/2 variations have been devalued 1 DV, i.e. they are worth the same as their non-turning counterparts. This will probably be the death of them, though it may take a few years to see this.
