Liberal judge ruled that Mohammed Altaha, who killed his wife (mom of 3) and blamed his “racist” Swedish neighbor, cannot be deported because it puts his life in danger.
Mohammed was sentenced by the Gävle district court to 14-years in prison and lifetime deportation. However, the Court of Appeal changed it to 16-years but without deportation after he claimed he converted from Islam to Christianity, and that he may be killed or persecuted if he returns to Iraq.
Taxpayers’ money are being wasted on a foreign criminal who killed his own wife and is clearly lying.
