For more than a year, FBI/DOJ conducted the investigation in Trump-hating DC courthouse so they could get sign off on everything DOJ wanted.
Some emails indicate prosecutors knew they were out of bounds by conducting the investigation in DC not FLA.
They solved that little matter by having FBI agents read "summaries" of the DC grand jury proceedings to a FLA grand jury to get both indictments.
