First we start off with Market Structure. In specific, Intermediate Term Highs and Lows.
Once we understand ITHs and ITLs we can look closer into those with Short Term Highs and Lows.
In order to use the term "Institutional Market Structure" we need to make this Market Structure institutional in some way. We do this by identifying the two things that the market is constantly doing. Firstly the market is Offering Fair Value.
If the market is not offering Fair Value it is Seeking Liquidity.
We can now use this Institutional Market Structure to look at Market Maker Models (MMBM & MMSM)
A Market Maker Buy Model (MMBM) forms in 2 ways. The respecting of a Bullish Fair Value Area or the failure of a Bearish Fair Value Area.
A Market Maker Sell Model (MMSM) forms in the same 2 ways just the opposite.
Using these 3 steps you can successfully identify Market Maker Models to take trade entries on.
