The Police State (Unfinished Version)
Thread 🧵

By @PunishDem1776 and @ElizabethPDove

This is the unfinished thread that Punisher and I were working on when he left social media. I will be finishing this up at a later date considering I have all the notes and videos we had written so far.

But for now, I will be posting up this unfinished version of it.

The Police State
Public Service or Law Enforcement
Part 1

🚨Massive Thread🚨
By @PunishDem1776 & @ElizabethPDove

What’s the difference?
Public service is bound by an Oath to the Constitution and to defend citizens of this nation from criminal acts committed from foreign or Domestic Terrorist. Law Enforcement is supporting or enforcing laws by commander rather than Just or Unjust to maintain position of service up to and including Tyranny.

What do you serve?

Law Enforcement Oath of Office

Law Enforcement Code of Ethics

Many instances throughout our history has “Law Enforcement” committing atrocities against the American people without any accountability under the guise of “Doing my job”. So let’s cover some of these examples shall we…ia800307.us.archive.org/21/items/Atlan…

Part 2
Ruby Ridge

August 1992, US Marshals seek to serve Randy Weaver after an entrapment weapons charge set up by undercover informants to gain information on the Aryan Nations Compound. Then all went to Hell.

On August 30 1992, negotiator Bo Gritz (mentor to Randy) brought an end to the violent siege of an isolated homestead in mountainous northern Idaho. The standoff at Ruby Ridge claimed the lives of a federal agent, a 14-year-old boy, and a mother with a baby in her arms. Though the man at the center of the siege, Randy Weaver, never fired a shot in retaliation.

Weaver never retaliated his wife’s murder

Weaver had taken his family into seclusion near the Canadian border as part of his ideological transition from fundamentalist Protestantism to an idiosyncratic blend of visionary religion, conspiracy theory, and racial separatism.

Before the siege began, an undercover informant had tried and failed to coerce Weaver into spying on a community of Neo-Nazis in nearby Hayden Lake but succeeded in setting him up for a firearms offense (that was only 1/4 inch under the legal limit).

Aryan Nations Compound

Weaver did not appear for his court hearing – it later transpired that a letter requiring this appearance had given the wrong date – and became the subject of year-long surveillance by US Marshals.

Given the wrong court date

Believing himself to be the victim of entrapment, Weaver’s anti-government paranoia was confirmed by his discovery of listening devices that had been planted around his cabin. On August 21, marshals disturbed the family dogs, triggering a short firefight that killed both Deputy US Marshal Bill Degan and Sammy Weaver, who had been shot in the back. The next day, Vicki Weaver was killed by a sniper while standing in the doorway of her cabin home.

Summary: For two sawed off shotguns, the government murdered Veteran Randy Weavers' wife Vicky, his son Sam, and his dog, No government officials were ever held accountable

Part 3
Paid Assassins

Lon Horiuchi was part of the FBI’s elite unit HRT (Hostage Rescue Team) who murdered Vicky Weaver by shooting her in the head as she held her daughter while not posing any threat in the front door of her cabin

The Sniper assassin by William Cooper

The HRT (Hostage Rescue Team) were given direct orders to shoot anyone with a gun rather than anyone who poses a serious threat. This is a criminal order given at the highest command.

The FBI issued an order that Vicky Weaver was calling the shots and was to be neutralized. Lon Horiuchi was indicted by the state of Idaho for murder.

Horiuchi dismissed case by DOJ

The federal criminal investigation considered whether Agent Horiuchi violated federal civil rights law, and found that the critical element of willfulness necessary for a federal civil rights violation could not be established beyond a reasonable doubt. Such willfulness -- defined as knowing, intentional use of unreasonable force -- could not be made out against Horiuchi.

In addition, the Idaho prosecutor's decision to charge Kevin Harris, alone, for the death of William Degan during the August 21, 1995 confrontation is consistent with the federal criminal investigation's conclusion that the United States Marshals on the scene should not be the subject of federal prosecutions for their actions at Ruby Ridge.

Who was at the DOJ on the phone with the FBI during Ruby Ridge and later defended Horiuchi? Bill Barr

One of the protesters at the base of the Ruby Ridge hill was someone by the name of Timothy McVeigh, more to come on that…

In March and April 1993, the same sniper who shot Vicki Weaver in the Ruby Ridge incident was sent to Waco, Texas, to take part in another siege.

This time, the government confronted a large and well-established religious community known as the Branch Davidians, an offshoot of the Seventh-day Adventists, who were suspected of hoarding illegal firearms in their compound.

After a protracted standoff, federal forces attempted to flush out the community’s members with tear gas, but the complex was engulfed by a fire that killed 76 people.

Part 4
WACO

The Narrative: A religious group leader by the name of David Koresh was abusing children and stock piling illegal weapons to prepare for Armageddon. That is a lie.

Koresh was born Vernon Wayne Howell to a 14-year-old single mother in 1959 and grew up in an abusive home.

He joined his mother’s Seventh-Day Adventist Church before getting expelled for wanting to marry the young daughter of the church’s pastor. He joined the Branch Davidians, a breakaway sect of the aforementioned church, in 1981.

After a series of violent acts, he later took over the group in 1990, legally changing his name to David Koresh to honor biblical kings, David and Cyrus. (Koresh was the latter king’s name in Hebrew.)

Branch Davidians Faith

The Branch Davidian’s were heavily into firearms and often bought in bulk to build as a means of income to legally resale to others and had the full legality to do so.

The ATF and FBI had their reputation severely tarnished after the events of Ruby Ridge and wanted to redeem their reputation in the court of public opinion. So how did everything go to hell and who was at fault?

Part 5
WACO, The Breakdown

What went wrong? It all began when a postal worker delivered a package to Mt Caramel and accidentally dropped it breaking open and revealing what appeared to be grenades. That report, sent to the feds and the former disputed Davidian Marc Breault testimony, set the ATF into investigation.

Marc Breault timeline

Since the ATF and FBI were in dire need to repair their reputation after the events of Ruby Ridge, they sought this event to be their redemption.

The ATF began its investigation into The Branch Davidian complex based upon allegations of “abusing children” which not only was beyond their jurisdiction but was investigated and refuted by both State police and CPS. This was ignored by the ATF. As the ATF sought out media outlets to push their narrative to give them “justification”, both David Koresh and the local Sheriff invited ATF into the compound to investigate and the ATF refused.

Undercover agent Robert Rodriguez gave a report of separate lower/upper receivers of AK47. (AK47 has no upper/lower.) Therefore Rodriguez had no idea about firearms. This was completely disregarded by judge.
