Documents show the Biden Administration’s Department of Interior plan to rig the election in Arizona by targeting heavily Democrat-voting precincts for Native American GOTV efforts

A Dec. 2021 memo to the Secretary of the Interior updated her on the Department’s steps in implementing E.O. 14019.

It included a list of Bureau of Indian Education schools the Department sought to use to expand voter registration.

The attachment included a list of dozens of federally and tribally controlled native schools, including over 50 schools in Arizona.

Those schools are located in 33 voting precincts in the state.

Oversight Project’s analysis of election results show these precincts overwhelmingly voted for Democrats in the 2016 and 2020 Presidential elections, and in the 2022 midterms.

Of the 33 precincts represented, 29 leaned Democrat, and only 4 leaned Republican.

For example, of the 7 precincts in Navajo county, the Democrat-leaning precincts voted in excess of 90% for Democrats in some elections.

Apache County election data shows similar vote distribution.

Remember, President Biden "carried" AZ by less than 11k votes

In 2022, Interior developed a plan to “distribute voter registration applications” at BIE schools “so that school children could bring home voter registration applications to their parents and/or guardians.”

Interior also wanted to pay for postage to mail completed registration forms back once filled out. Did Congress ever explicitly fund such activities? Interior seemed to be grappling with the same question in Feb. 2022.

Recall, DOI ethics attorneys previously warned that the Secretary’s plans to target GOTV efforts to certain demographics or groups could run afoul of the Hatch Act.

Interior is also working with the far-left NGO, Demos to implement this plan.
