After doing lots of research, I'm presenting a mind-boggling case of IAS Puja Manorama Dilip Khedkar or Khedkar Puja Deeliprao.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO BOTH NAMES.
First, see this clip of her mock interview.
According to her, she was an Ex-IRS (IT) from the 2019 batch and also served as an Assistant Director at the SAI. Her name, Khedkar Puja Deeliprao, cleared the 2019 Preliminary and Mains lists. However, her name was not included in the recommended candidate list for 2019.
Now see her name on the UPSC CSE 2022 recommended candidates list. Her name there is Puja Manorama Dilip Khedkar. But why did she do this?
I delved deeper into this. She appeared for the 2019 Civil Services Examination (CSE) interview and was eligible for the Assistant Director position at SAI interview. She was appointed as Asst Director in 2021. Pay attention to her PwBD category: Low Vision - PwBD-1
In UPSC CSE 2022, her name and PwBD category have changed within two years. From PwBD-1 (Low Vision) to PwBD-5 (Multiple Disabilities)
To gain a better understanding of PwBD categories, observe the difference in cutoff marks between PwBD1 to PwBD-5 in both the Prelims and the Final stages of the examination.
Let's review the journey of her various petitions in court, starting with KHEDKAR PUJA DILIPRAO VS UPSC in 2020:
- This case was about her Prelims OMR sheet, as she wanted a revaluation of her marks.
- The Tribunal denied her request and advised her to communicate with UPSC .
In December 2020, IAS Puja (OBC-NCL) approached the Delhi High Court for the same matter, and who represented her? It was none other than @jsaideepak. Yes, a candidate in the OBC-NCL category apparently can afford Sai Deepak's fees.
Am I correct?
Some interim relief.....
@jsaideepak If she cannot afford it, then her father can.
During the mock interview at 22:15, a panel member asked about her father and questioned why she mentioned 0 income Of her father in the DAF. She replied that she is not in contact with her father.
@jsaideepak On December 4th, 2020, she filed another petition seeking relaxation for candidates under PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) on par with SC/ST candidates.
@jsaideepak That was the last case under the name Khedkar Puja Deeliprao. After this, she filed a petition in CAT under the name Puja Manorama Dilip Khedkar, claiming to be mentally ill with low vision, and seeking relaxation of Section 34(d) of the Right to PwBD.
