The Operating Unit describes itself on its Telegram as Отряд Камертон Ахмат (Akhmat Squad Tuning fork?) and operates as part of the Akhmat Special Forces.

Since the first posts seem to show exercises, it seems likely that the unit was not created until mid/late 2023.

Even though the impacts obviously almost all hit in the same neighborhood, I checked the geolocation again after each new camera angle in order to have worked precisely.
There are a total of 17 camera angles.

It should be noticeable that 40/75 hits were on two apartment blocks in the northeast alone.
It is also emphasized that no Ukrainian personnel or military equipment can be seen during any of the attacks.
