Well this answers the above question. Lava was likely groomed by Chris Tyson as alleged by Tyson's other victim, Nathan W, but Lava likely did a cost benefit analysis, expose Chris or lose his position working for MrBeast. Clearly losing his position with MrBeast would mean there is far greater downside to exposing Chris than upside. I'm betting he did that calculation and was attempting to save his job within the organization, but clearly at the cost of selling the other victims down the river.
But I think that was the decision calculus here: rise in the ranks in terms of winning favor with MrBeast or lose a cushy job where you play on the internet for fun by exposing Chris, which gains him nothing other than "solidarity" with Chris' other victims.
