The governor of the Belgorod region has declared a state of emergency across the entire region due to ongoing attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The AFU captured a command post, reportedly of the 28th Rifle Battalion of the 60th Motorized Rifle Brigade, part of the 'Kursk' group.
Ukrainian aviation has joined the operation in the Kursk region, according to Forbes. A Su-27 fighter jet likely struck a Russian command post in Tetkino, just a few kilometers from the northern front line. Yesterday we published footage from a Su-27 and also the airstrikes on Tetkino.

Russian channels are tired of the Russian MoD hiding the truth.
“Sudzha is not controlled by Russian forces and this is confirmed by various units that are fighting in the Sudzhansky district. If someone says otherwise, then they are simply devaluing the blood of the soldiers who are now shedding it there.”
An update by Russian sources about Kursk. This reports pretty much coincides with our map update from yesterday.
➡️The AFU has taken Ol’govka and Kremyanoe, east of Korenevo.
➡️RU forces were unable to dislodge AFU units west of Pogrebki, with the latter being contested now.
➡️Snagost’ is also being attacked by the AFU, with Russians claiming they previously pushed the AFU out.

➡️The AFU has taken control over Cherkasskaya Konopel'ka (in red) east of Sudzha.
“The enemy is gradually turning Sudzha into their support and logistics center. This will really make our situation even more complicated,” they note.

Russian strikes on Ukrainian positions in Kamyshnoe, close to Girki’. This is a plausible confirmation that Ukrainian forces have indeed advanced along the Borki-Spal’noe-Krupets line and confirms our expectations from yesterday, that the fighting would be somewhere near Krupets.

Ukrainian media went to recently taken Sudzha. Destroyed Russian equipment at one of the checkpoints is visible.
According to Chechen Akhmat commander Apty Alaudinov, the AFU does not control Sudzha.

A Ukrainian media video report from the Kursk region
Bloomberg, citing sources, reports that Russia plans to mobilize more troops in November-December. Additionally, Andryushchenko, an advisor to the mayor of Mariupol, stated that Russia is preparing for a large-scale conscription, suggesting that even new conscripts might soon be sent to the front lines.
New videos have surfaced showing a column of Russian trucks destroyed by a HIMARS strike in Oktyabrsky, Kursk region, on August 9th.

The Ukrainian general staff reports that they destroyed a Russian Su-34 bomber in the Kursk region that was flying a combat mission.
According to several Russian sources, fighting is ongoing in the suburbs of Korenevo. The AFU is trying to reach the center while sabotage groups are operating behind enemy lines.

According to Russian reports, Ukrainian forward units managed to reach Krasnooktyabr'sko, north west of Snagost’. The probability of AFU controlling the unhabitated fields north east of Snagost up to the highway near Korenevo, becomes more likely by the minute.

According to Russian channels, the AFU has taken control over Mykhailovka, south of Martynovka. This village was considered a gray zone for a while since information didn’t appear.

Reported as the village of Vnezapnoe in the Kursk region. The Russian flag taken down. This would mean the border crossing near Gordeevka is under UA control.

Best indicator that Ukraine is advancing
An urgent evacuation has been announced in the Glushkov district of the Kursk region, according to reports. Additionally, Russia has reached out to Ukraine regarding a potential exchange of prisoners of war, according to Ukrainian Ombudsman Lubinets.

Kursk update 1/3 - Korenevo/Snagost
➡️The AFU has taken the fields in between Snagost and the Korenevo highway under control. Leading to further advances north and west.
➡️According to Russian sources, AFU reached Krasnooktyabr'sko, likely attempting to perform a flank operation towards Korenevo.
➡️Heavy fighting is reported in the eastern outskirts of Korenevo, with rumors of the civilian administration in the city already evacuating coming in.
Kursk update 2/3 - Gordeevka
➡️Rumors circulated already for several days, but the AFU has passed the Gordeevka crossing and now controls Gordeevka, Viktorova and Vznezapnoe, the latter was also visually confirmed.
Controlling this border crossing, strengthens the position of AFU troops fighting from Snagost, protecting their flanks.
Kursk update 3/3 - Borki/Giri’
➡️The AFU has taken Cherkasskaya Konopel'ka while also operating deeper towards Ulenok.
➡️With confidence we can confirm that the AFU has taken most of Borki and Spal’noe.
Taking OPSEC into consideration, the fighting has moved further east. But this needs to be clarified.
