Kursk operation - Day #13 - A thread

All events in Ukraine’s Kursk operation and neighboring areas will be combined in this thread



According to Russian sources fighting is ongoing close to Ozerki and Giri’, roughly 25km east of Sudzha.

Another picture of the damaged bridge over the Seym river near Zvannoe, Kursk region. This is the second bridge that is taken out of operation, and necessary for Russian forces to supply their troops south of the river.

The 80th air assault brigade showed the recently captured T-90M in the Kursk region.

Ukrainian Air Force released footage of the strikes on the bridge near Zvannoe. The crossing is now out of operation.

A Russian soldier, in a fit of anger, addressed the male population of the Kursk region, criticizing them for fleeing from the war instead of staying to defend their land. He urged them to either take up weapons or at least dig trenches and give their vehicles to those who are risking their lives to defend Kursk.

"The Armed Forces of Ukraine are stopped along the entire perimeter in the Kursk direction, where the Akhmat special forces are located," Akhmat Commander Apti Alaudinov said.

Ukrainian forces captured an MT-12 Rapira 100-mm anti tank gun in the Kursk region. This event happened several days ago.

The 501st batallion has captured Apanasovka, south of Korenevo. Yesterday, we reported attacks in the settlements and apparently things moved fast. More settlements are likely to be announced soon, such as Byakhovo and Vishnevka.

Novoivanovka and Kul’Baki are next.

Ukrainian forces are using "Sivalka-VM8" flamethrower systems with thermobaric S-8 rockets to target Russian personnel and military equipment in the Kursk direction.

According to Ukrainian sources, Russia transferred its airborne forces from Vovchansk to the Kursk region.

Volodymyr Artyukh, head of the Sumy Military Administration, stated that the offensive on the Kursk region is just the beginning, with more stages of the operation to come. He also mentioned that Ukrainian forces capture 100-150 prisoners of war each day. theguardian.com/world/article/…

Ukrainian soldiers captured three more Russian soldiers from the 200th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade in the Kursk direction, adding them to the "exchange fund."
