🧵We found Frank Enderle’s toxic @frank_enderle twitter account on August 7 2024 and began screenshotting. At this time the infamous rape tweet had only 4 views (because his account lacked engagement). After we started exploring his account, views obviously increased. 1/17

Knowing he could deny this was his account, we grabbed a screenshot of his twitter account header which shows his @frank_enderle account (183 followers), including -followed by @KyleBJorrey (who probably started following Frank when Frank was a City Council candidate).
*Editor’s Note- @KyleBJorrey follows nearly everyone who engages in the Conejo Valley and we do not suggest he supports Frank or endorses Frank’s content. His “follow” is noted only to add provenance to the @frank_enderle twitter account.

We also uploaded several of Frank’s most abhorrent tweets to the web archive site which permanently records a screenshot from the tweet’s URL, proving the post appeared as shown (unaltered) on the internet.

Mixed with extremist content on the @frank_enderle twitter account were real estate adds and this one, which we took a screenshot of on August 7 2024.
(1)Frank’s post on July 19th announcing his @ConejoValleyUSD candidacy, the day after he announced on his (2)Instagram.

After we archived enough, we dropped a thread on this CVA account to expose Frank Enderle’s @frank_enderle twitter account on August 7th.
(We’ll include the full thread at the end of this thread)

Soon after, locals started confronting Nancy Van Volkinburg on Facebook about her endorsement of Frank and shared the screenshot of his rape tweet. Nancy acknowledged it was Frank’s tweet and attempted to minimize it, saying Frank is “entitled to his opinion.”

On August 17, wanting to get a direct response from Frank, we replied to a @frank_enderle tweet with a sarcastic “good luck” message and linked our thread.
8/17
On the morning of August 18, @ConejoValleyUSD 2024 candidate Frank Enderle deleted his @frank_enderle twitter account.
9/17
Frank quicly set up a brand new twitter account @Frank13Enderle . He reposted his candidacy information on 8/20 (pretty late). Notice this time he is not “announcing” his candidacy (a tell) since he knew he already announced on his deleted @frank_enderle account.
10/17
And as Frank gradually realized that deleting his abhorrent twitter content did not solve his problem, he attempted a series of lies, contradictions, and misdirections. He even owned himself by using his low twitter view count to “prove” he didn’t post the rape tweet 😵💫.
11/17
Frank Enderle now falls into a state of self-pity. He mopes that he is disappointed with “you people” and says he should be “innocent until proven guilty” (as if he is on trial for a crime). He bizarrely mentions his volunteer coaching as character bargaining chip.
12/17
✅ @Frank13Enderle : You are being opposed because you are attempting to gain a position of authority over our public school children. We have PROVEN (beyond any reasonable doubt) you shared abhorrent content including rape, xenophobia, and anti-LGBTQI+ hate.
13/17
When called out, you respond by hiding the evidence, attempting to blame others, and lying about your behavior. And when called out for your lies, you respond with self-pity and the anger of an entitled baby.
14/17
You are free to be a person with abhorrent views. And you can share those views online. But you do NOT have freedom from public scrutiny when you attempt to run for @ConejoValleyUSD and gain access to our children.
15/17
The @ConejoValleyUSD Children, Teachers, and Staff deserve better. We already have better. Our schools are inclusive of ALL Children. BIPOC, Immigrants, LGBTQI+ Children, and victims of sexual violence would never feel safe knowing the abhorrent views you maintain.
