We were told through various media sources that Faheem Muhammad bought the San Diego border land but the paper trail tells a different story.

Through the hunting map “onX,” the property is listed as being owned by the “Dior Sunset Foundation” which has a Los Angeles mailing address. This address is also listed on the tax records.

The Dior Sunset Foundation teaches inner city youth social skills, gang involvement prevention, and gives instructions on how to engage in a healthy lifestyle.

Clifford Dion Jackson is the foundation manager of Dior Sunset Foundation. His nonprofit is listed as a behavior analyst provider in the NPI database but here he uses a different address. He also has another company called Point and Circle LLC.
All share the address 516 W Esther St., Long Beach, CA 90813.

When we look up 516 W Esther St., Long Beach, we find the masonic Sunset Lodge #26, hence the name “Sunset” Dior Foundation. (I believe the “Dior” comes from P. Diddy’s son Justin Dior Combs, who is also named in Rodney Jones’ lawsuit against Diddy). This is speculation of course but I am choosing to share even my most ridiculous of hunches.

Clifford D. Jackson, Sr., who I’m assuming is Clifford Jackson, Jr.’s father, has had prior arrests and is currently in Folsom Prison for attempted murder of his wife.

People v. Jackson
Court of Appeal of the State of CA Second Appellate District Division Seven
Feb 17, 2015
B254323

Clifford D. Jackson was convicted following a jury trial of attempted premeditated murder, shooting at an occupied vehicle and possession of a firearm by a felon with true findings on related firearm-use enhancements for two of the counts. On appeal Jackson contends his trial counsel was constitutionally ineffective for failing to move for a directed verdict on the felon-in-possession count after the prosecution, informed by defense counsel that Jackson intended to stipulate to the prior felony conviction, omitted from its case-in-chief any evidence Jackson was a convicted felon. (Evidence of Jackson's prior felony conviction was submitted in the prosecution's rebuttal case after Jackson testified at trial and denied he was a convicted felon.) We affirm.

According to the evidence at trial Jackson and his estranged wife, Norma Jackson, were in the middle of contentious divorce proceedings. On March 12, 2013 the family court awarded Norma Jackson the couple's house, prompting Jackson to declare loudly to his attorney in court and in Norma Jackson's presence, "I don't need you anymore. If she's dead, how can she pay me?" The next morning, Jackson pulled his car up next to Norma Jackson's while she was driving to work, pulled out a gun and fired at her head. Norma Jackson ducked, but was hit seven times; several of the shots penetrated her lower back, legs and hips. Police found a gun in the trunk of Jackson's car that ballistics tests confirmed was the same one used in the shooting.

At the beginning of trial both Jackson and his counsel informed the court Jackson intended to stipulate to the prior felony conviction for purposes of count 4. Jackson's counsel also informed the jury during opening statement Jackson would admit to being a felon. The prosecution rested its case-in-chief, "subject to the introduction of exhibits," without introducing evidence Jackson had been convicted of a felony.

Jackson testified in his own defense. He did not deny shooting his estranged wife. He explained he had taken several pain pills and consumed alcohol the day of the shooting, "blanked out" as a result of the combination of medication and alcohol and could not have formed the necessary specific intent for attempted deliberate and premeditated murder. On cross-examination Jackson denied he had a felony conviction. At a sidebar conference, Jackson's counsel urged the court to prohibit the prosecutor from questioning Jackson further about his conviction in light of Jackson's expressed intent to stipulate to that fact. The court overruled the objection, observing Jackson's denial had opened the door to further questioning. Later during cross-examination Jackson admitted he had been convicted in 1994 for carrying a concealed firearm, a felony, but insisted the offense had been reduced to a misdemeanor after he had completed probation. On rebuttal the prosecutor introduced a certified record of Jackson's prior felony conviction for carrying a concealed firearm. Other than Jackson's own testimony, there was no evidence his prior felony conviction had ever been reduced to a misdemeanor.

The jury convicted Jackson on all counts and found the specially alleged firearm-use enhancements true. Jackson was sentenced to an aggregate indeterminate state prison term of 32 years to life.

I would like to add that I have no reason to believe that Clifford D Jackson, Sr. is directly associated with Dior Sunset Foundation. I believe it is his son who is in charge, but I have not
confirmed this.

A few months ago @thecorygoat visited the Los Angeles address listed on Dior Sunset Foundation and asked if they would mind if he cleaned up some of the trash on their land. Cory was documenting the illegal crossings there and seeing it regularly.

Here is the encounter:

This is where things get really interesting. I am sure all of the previous owners of this land are upstanding individuals and San Diego County is acting in the best interest of its citizens. The people who have provided services in the sale and purchase of this property on Jewel Valley Rd in Boulevard, CA are professionals serving their community.
I do wonder what the benefit would be to owning this undeveloped, desert land and why it would need to be bought and sold so many times in a such a short period.

How did this border property become available at a discounted rate in 2020 for the Dior Sunset Foundation to purchase? Not sure.

And whatever happened to that San Mateo doctor, Timothy Mulligan, who was indicted for allegedly distributing opioids, including fentanyl, outside the scope of professional practice? I wasn’t able to locate the verdict of his hearing.

@thecorygoat Would he be related to another Michael P. Mulligan, also a doctor in northern CA? Probably not.

The next owner on the list really sent me digging and this is where some opinions and additional research is needed. Why did this property keep switching various types of deeds from the Burni Abed E M Trust, to Ronald J Chin (their agent), to the Burni Abdel R M E A and so on? And who is Ralph Burni and what is his family’s role in San Diego?

Ralph Burni 1925 - 2015

Entrepreneur, Real Estate Investor | SAN DIEGO -- Ralph Burni, 90, was born in Amman, Jordan and lived there for the first 22 or so years of his life, where he began his dreams of building his own business. Later, with the convincing of a couple of his friends, he took these dreams to the United States around 1945. Upon arrival to New York City, Burni had only $20 dollars to his name and a scarce knowledge of English. Over the next few years, Burni worked several low-wage paying jobs to sustain himself. Though his wit, ambition, sense of humor and keen business sensibilities led him to an array of business ventures. These opportunities culminated with the creation of Burni Enterprises, as he settled in San Diego, CA. He married librarian, Josephine Barrios and they had one son, Dean Burni in 1959. Ralph took his son, Dean, under his wing and together they built their business empire. Ralph and Dean Burni owned a chain of JetCo furniture stores and in 1990 they sold their last store in order to commit full time to commercial real estate and hospitality investments. In 1996, they purchased the historic Hotel Churchill in downtown San Diego and in 2007, shortly after the tragic loss of his son Dean Burni, closed escrow on the Four Points Sheraton Hotel. Ralph Burni has three lovely grandchildren, Janan, Jasmin, and Abed Burni; and daughter-in- law/business partner, Luz Burni. Ralph is loved dearly by his family and friends from all over the world. Ralph along with his beloved son, Dean Burni, have left a significant mark on many of their family and friends' lives, and have left a tremendous legacy of hard work, perseverance, and compassion for their family. He will be remembered with great respect and admiration.

The Ralph Burni Trust was awarded a total of $176,504 in 9 defense contracts from 2003 to 2012 under “hotels and motels.”

Dean Burni, son of Ralph Burni, died unexpectedly from an aneurism in Mercy Hospital on October 1, 2006

In Memory of Dean Burni January 3, 1959 to October 1, 2006
Dean Burni passed away peacefully at Mercy Hospital on October 1, 2006. Surrounded by his family and friends, Dean unexpectedly died from aneurysm. Dean was born and raised in San Diego, CA, by his father Ralph Burni. As an ambitious man, Dean and his father built an empire together. His father took him under his wing since he was a young man. His father's goal was to teach Dean to become a man of dignity and respect. Together they accomplished great success. Dean Burni will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Dean was married for 15 years to Luz Burni with three beautiful children. His two daughters Janan 13 years old, Jasmin 10 years old, and his son Abed 2 years old. Family, was Dean's most important asset, and it showed daily in his involvement with his father, wife and three children. Dean left behind things that could never be taken away. He left novels that will last and influence their young lives forever. Dean Burni was a great man that affected so many lives; so many great friends that loved him, one thing we know is that he will be greatly missed and loved. We lost a great man; Dean Burni. Children's letter Our beloved father Dean Burni was like no other. He was truly our hero. Even though he passed away so early in our lives he taught us so many things about life, business, basketball, love, and everything. I know we will carry that information with us for the rest of our lives. Our father had so much patience for us and really cared and loved us so much. He was always so fun and full of love, life, and energy. There really are no words to describe how AMAZING and lovable he really was. We hope that one day we could be as great and wonderful of a human being as our dad was. There are so many unforgettable memories with our father that could never be taken away from us. Our dad always made us laugh and put a smile on our faces. Even though he is not physically here with us anymore, he will always be in our hearts and in spirit. "We're still going to make you so proud Daddy". All of his hard work, smarts, love, and parenting won't go to waste. We will ALWAYS love you and miss you. Thank you for being such a phenomenal Dad. You are now our Angel. Rest in Peace Daddy, We LOVE you.

After Luz (Lucy) Elena Burni lost her husband, Dean, it seemed she was given the reigns to the family business.
This is where I grow weary. When you start looking into all the shared addresses and LLCs or stock corporations in her name, you begin to lose count. But good on you for having multiple businesses and achieving such great success! Maybe this is an industry standard I am unfamiliar with.

I’ll leave this public link here so you can see for yourself and be inspired. I’ve always endeavored to be a strong business woman like Luz. It would be neat to learn about her path to success. Thank you to the Burni family for contributing to our strong, local economy.

I do have a few burning questions, though.bizapedia.com/people/luz-bur…

I’m going to spend time with my family today but the next few posts will be about the curious overlap with hotels our local government is housing illegal immigrants before shipping them throughout the U.S.

We are getting into the weeds here and it is painful unless you enjoy this but I believe it’s where the story is.

When doing a San Diego County public records, search arcc-acclaim.sdcounty.ca.gov we see a large number of records under the various Burni Family family names. And based on my research, most are related. Is this typical in real estate? This is also where you can get the different names associated with family members if you are helping research this.

I believe The Sheraton Four Points, 8110 Aero Drive, San Diego, CA 92123, APN# 760-222-06-00 to be a property of interest.

The Burnis have many business entities associated with this address, one is 8110 Aero Holdings LLC. It is right by the Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport, in the middle of our county.

It seems the city of San Diego owns the land but the Burnis leased the building. All of this needs confirmation because I am not a legal or property expert, and everything on this thread is speculation.

There are a few lawsuits around this property. They may not be important. What is important is finding out if the Burnis were still legally associated with this property when it was believed to be contracted to house illegal immigrants.

In a NY Post article from November 17, 2021, "Nonprofits showing illegals how to get around US, get free hotel stays: pol says," we see the Sheraton Four Points mentioned: "The Honduran’s itinerary included a free room at the Four Points Sheraton and free United Airlines tickets to Louisiana, the person’s desired destination."
nypost.com/2021/11/17/non…

Another important article from August 6, 2021:
"San Diego hotels under contract to temporarily house asylum seekers" Catholic Charities and Jewish Family Service operate two asylum hubs in the county.
"The state health department has contracted two San Diego hotels to provide temporary housing to asylum seekers."
(@thecorygoat has a barn full of identification documents dropped at the border, even some for children. A person with no documentation claiming "asylum" is treated differently legally once they get to the Untied States).

"The owners of both hotels are under contract with the California Department of Public Health, costing the state agency $46,000 per day to rent out all the rooms at the Sheraton hotel location. The Ramada hotel location is under contract for about $25,000 per day. That’s not including the cost of food, medical care or transportation."

So here is your project: Can you locate these contracts and confirm who it was that received the money and benefitted financially from housing migrants at the Sheraton Four Points (or any of the properties throughout San Diego?) I can provide all the properties if you ask. caleprocure.ca.gov/pages/LPASearc…

It is the strangest coincidence that a family with associations to the border property where many illegals sneak through would also be able to profit from "helping them" once they are across the U.S. line.

US/Mexico border property currently owned by Dior Sunset Foundation video below:

Parcel 659-150-03-00
U.S. Mexico border property in Boulevard, CA owned by Dior Sunset Foundation, with associations to Faheem Muhammad who is named in the P. Diddy lawsuit.

Directed by cartels, this is a popular entry point for people to cross illegally into the United States, as documented by @thecorygoat.
