Just starting on Jack Smith's immunity briefing. Do these claims look familiar?

One reason Trump wanted these identities to be more obscure is he's trying to hide that people STILL working for him knew he lost in 2020.

P2: Campaign Manager

One of these people is Jason Miller, for example, still lying on TV for Trump.

Here's the tweet where Trump IDs CC1 and CC3 (which we knew) and P10-12 as DiGenova, Toensing, and Jenna Ellis.

P9 is Eric Herschmann. Smith spends a bit of time with this story, bc Herschmann's caution abt Hatch Act is his basis for treating this as non-official. Obv P13 is unlucky Jared Kushner and P14, I assume, is Ivanka.

Here, Jack Smith taunts Rudy about not getting paid. I suspect that Herschmann is one of the people whose texts Trump's lawyers wanted to make sure they had--I suspect that Herschmann is not as reliable as he made himself to J6C and, now, Smith.

Smith cites a bunch of convos with Pence. Importantly, he sources SOME of these to BOTH Pence's interviews (presumably), and Pence's book. Lookup what @AnnaBower said about footnote 3 of the immunity ruling on public evidence.

Note that this logic -- That Trump only intervened in states he lost -- puts the state he won most closely in the hotseat: North Carolina, which is in play this year.

Smith airs Trump's attacks on Doug Ducey (P16) and Brian Kemp (P17).

Alright, this is genuinely important. Trump mocked Sidney Powell with -- I think -- Tucker Carlson. This is important when it goes to SCOTUS.

One way Jack Smith raised the import of Sidney Powell's conspiracy theories about Dominion was by pointing to how they showed up in Jan6 speeches.

Here's an example of Jack Smith saying, if WH people (P21 is Meadows) use their personal emails, it's not official business.

The government is saying that Trump's tweet attacking Pence is non-official, his tweets asking people to leave are official.

IF this gets to trial or anywhere close, this invites Trump to demand that more of this come in as evidence.

A big IF yet.
