At United Sovereign Americans, a fully volunteer organization focused solely on Valid Elections, our experts have deeply studied:

1) voter registration records,
2) voter history or participation records, and
3) inexplicable manipulation, over time, of vote and voter history.

We have notified state and federal officials and law enforcement of massive problems with these systems that appear to be rife with Election Fraud. Yes, we used the word “Fraud,” but we are using a defined term, “Election Fraud”, that is different than all other forms of fraud and about which the mainstream media has been lying for years.

All work on election validity, including projects addressing the Voter Rolls, Machines, Illegal Ballot Harvesting, USPS misconduct, failure to protect ballots to and from the voter, and failure to protect against all other forms of misconduct are very important, and we fully support those efforts. But we are at the beginning of a train wreck right now and have to stop it before we all go over the cliff of no return.

Our Grand Right, as it was called in the late 1700’s, is being violated. That is our right to elect our representatives. The American people want to continue striving toward our national vision of honoring the life, liberty and property of every citizen, yet there are those that want to replace our freedom with their will, whether they are individuals or powerful organizations. At the Unite4Freedom Project, we have measured the extent of apparent illegal conduct and -- it has to stop, now.

This thread on X (formerly Twitter) will explore how badly broken our election systems are and what can be done about it now, in the final days before the election, or in the 5 days after the election. Stay tuned for the next couple of days as we layout the directly measured extent of suspected election fraud across much of the country, and how we save our country in 2024.

Every American must be able to trust that Congress, the Senate, the President and all other representatives are working exclusively for us. Chapter 1: Our Voter Rolls are a broken, illegal mess.

In the 21 states United Sovereign Americans analyzed we found over 30 million registrations that are invalid under the law. 10+ million of these “voters” were allowed to vote. Officials have tried to dismiss this as millions of clerical errors, but counting the ballot of an invalid registrant is a Federal crime. The person(s) accepting the ballot may not be the guilty party, but the person(s) that have failed to prevent ELECTION FRAUD via dilution of valid votes with illegal votes may be guilty of millions of Federal felonies. US Congress mandated that registration lists be kept as accurate as possible back in 1871. Yes, that even predates the National Voter Registration Act. ‘Deadwood’, or invalid registrations appearing as legitimate voters on the rolls, have always been known to be an intolerable risk to election validity.

Chapter 2: Exactly how is Deadwood in the Voter Rolls used?

1) Direct Injection of fake votes: In places where they do not check ID’s people can simply go in and vote. Or if you need a bank or rent statement they can easily be forged. A purple thumb would at least limit individual fraud to one vote.

2) Mail-Out Fraud: With this modern form of electoral suicide the invalid registrant just has to have a safe address. There may be hundreds, if not thousands, of ballots sent to the safe address. These safe addresses can be privately controlled corporate or NGO mail rooms, university mail distribution centers, or USPS un-deliverable mail bins, among others. If a state does not require or enforce an effective identity verification process, these ballots can be voted by the hundreds of thousands.

3) The mail-in shell-game: In a modern election, administered using computerized databases, an electronic entry can be made in the voter participation records. At first it would be assigned to deadwood, which may or may not be a safe place to leave it. If it is safe, a real ballot never needs to be entered into the system. If it is unsafe, depending on the complexity of the fraud, several things may need to happen:
a) inject an image into the ballot image records to match the fake Cast Vote Record (CVR),
b) scan a physical document and place the physical document in the ballot boxes, or
c) switch votes from the unsafe deadwood record to a safe voter that did not vote. This voter change is easy. All you need to do is switch vote attribution.

Can these be detected?

We would expect any large-scale fraud like this to leave artifacts. Some of the things you might observe are:
- ballots appearing in a van, late at night, or from under a table hidden in a counting center,
- hints that a special scanning center exists somewhere out of sight,
- movement of pre-filled out and sorted ballots,
- ballot box seals being broken,
- batch control tickets being inaccurate,
- invalid hash marks on scanned images,
- counting centers and machines left unlocked and unguarded at night,
- blocking any access to the ballots, ballot images, real time voting records, file hashes, chain of custody documents, images of the tabulator or Election Management Server (EMS) disk drives, or other auditable records.

Seeing these patterns in 2020 and 2022, it was generally obvious to many ex-operators that there were serious security breaches. Due to case fragmentation, an often skeptical or hostile judiciary, and misdirected arguments, these observations were not aggregated, measured, or heard in court. Mass media outlets and State Officials have shamefully harassed and intimidated anyone with legitimate concerns or evidence. It is clear this is a broad attack on our election system by persons currently hidden under layers of obfuscation. Without support of the judiciary, DOJ and FBI it has been impossible to prosecute these apparent crimes. Meanwhile the law is flaunted repeatedly in the name of equal rights. Solutions for enfranchising legitimate voters exist, but the lawfare has successfully trampled our defenses against FRAUD.

United Sovereign Americans analyzed this amorphous adversary’s weak points, to find the places misdeeds could be measured. We made no pretense of knowing the answers ahead of time, but we knew that if any of the strategies above were being used, the following would show up:

a) lots of deadwood,
b) invalid voters voting,
c) massive vote switching, and
d) evidence of noise and registrations being injected into the system for the purpose of making the shell game possible, or to hide its effects.

We sought to locate these artifacts, and we found millions of them. Unlike anecdotal evidence being gathered, these traces of massive FRAUD can be measured directly. They show that the election checkbook does not balance. In the parlance of critical infrastructure protections, our precious jewel of a voting system is in a state of “Total Loss of Control.”

The rest of this thread will focus on the USA findings, and how we address this before the 2024 election, or immediately following. At this time, we have run a series of hypothetical vulnerabilities through a process called a blue team/red team scenario testing. We believe if a spike is not put into this FRAUD, those who hate freedom may try to steal the Presidential election from the American people, may continue taking over state prosecutor and judiciary positions, and/or may continue to wrest control of US Congress from the hands of Constitutionalists, against whom this effort seems to be directed. Our objective is to tourniquet this chaotic attack. Then we can correctly measure the will of eligible, qualified, American citizen voters.

Chapter 3: The Findings

We deeply analyzed 7 states regarding the validity of the four metrics listed above: voters, votes, counts, and reporting accuracy. Those states are Illinois, Michigan, New York, California, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, which collectively enjoy 168 Electoral College votes, and control 35% of US Congress. In these 7 states alone United Sovereign Americans found 23 million apparently illegal registrations. 7 million of these voters were allowed to vote in the 2022 midterm. These registrations included duplicate registrations, dead voters, voters that have moved, unverifiable incomplete registrations and many others. The attached slide says it all.

All of these states have been in possession of this evidence, including every unique registration and vote in question, for months. They all chose to do nothing.

Chapter 4: Proving Election Fraud is Significant and a Threat to our Country

There’s an old saying about the big picture, that sometimes we can’t see the forest for the trees. As we fight over the machines, voter rolls, mail-in ballots, election observers, chain of custody and many other distinct issues, we forget the goal. We have effectively been denied the ability to verify the accuracy of the vote count. Umpires dressed as bureaucrats make the tough calls on behalf of the American people. If we don’t take their word for it, we suffer the consequences at the hands of media preachers adhering to the progressive religion, and attorneys that misinterpret our law meanwhile advancing their own pocketbooks.

In a brand-new research study, United Sovereign Americans has measured how many “people” voting are not eligible to vote, using the publicly available information in their official voter registration record. Election Officials have an affirmative duty to determine if voters are eligible US Citizens, as required by the US Constitution. What we found in our prevalence study was truly disturbing: Across the 7 targeted states, we discovered that 21.6% of the voters who voted were unverifiable.

Regardless of the source of this attack on our country, based on this we already know:

1) The officials and systems that are supposed to be validating voters are blind and have failed. The meaning of an election is an accurate count of individual and aggregate votes from eligible voters. Assertion that the 2024 election can be certified as accurate or compliant is an outright lie, and most likely criminal Election Fraud. Allowing unverifiable voters to vote is illegal when an official does it once; how long will we stand for millions of illegal votes being counted?
2) They are allowing millions of people to vote with no recorded identity: they do not appear to exist, they are dead, they do not live at the address claimed, or have other disqualifying errors in their registration.
3) USA did not test citizenship. However, with the DHS and DOJ actively interfering with validating citizenship, the state officials cannot determine whether the voter is an eligible US citizen as required by the US Constitution, either.

With a baseline Election Fraud rate of 21.6% (as defined in the DOJ Guidance on the Prosecution of Election Offenses) United Sovereign Americans has found a widespread interstate criminal enterprise and enough misconduct to easily manipulate the outcome of many races. Since these acts are likely criminal, the courts and law enforcement should be assuming the act is malicious and has a directed purpose, particularly under In re. Coy, 127 US 731 (1888).

We do not know who is behind all of this. The outcome is that our elections are being stolen from the American people, the only ones authorized under the US Constitution to choose representatives. There is yet more new and stunning information coming in this thread, but our litigation strategy is designed and ready to fix this, now.

The charts speak for themselves as does the cavalier disregard for the law by our officials. It has to be stopped, now!

Another decades old adage, "the cover-up is worse than the crime", will be demonstrated in Chapter 5. We found a massive cover-up, which in itself is a crime.

Chapter 5: The Vote Washing Report

The next stage of the United Sovereign Americans investigation of Election Fraud was specifically designed to capture residual artifacts of votes moving through various registrations to a “safe” home. Although there are myriad excuses built into voter list-maintenance procedures at the state level that create plausible deniability, editing a certified election is tampering with a federal record. Period. For some reason, no snapshot or document of the certified vote is maintained by any state.

We could talk all day about the obvious breaches of security regarding the overall election system. But the question USA addressed is, if someone is injecting fraudulent votes into the system, how might this be detected?

So far, we have shown tens of millions of:

1. registration violations,
2. votes being registered without an associated voter,
3. unverifiable voters that do not exist, have died, have moved long before the election, duplicate registrations, and all sorts of other blatant problems.

With the introduction of extralegal mail-out ballots, it suddenly got easier to inject fraudulent votes. Can this actually be hidden inside the extensive process to accept ballots? As all auditors know, when there are multiple data streams from distributed systems, it is very difficult to inject meaningful fraud without leaving tracks behind. But to convince the public at large that there are real problems, you have to find telltale evidence of intent, not just massive incompetence amongst the bureaucrats and officials. Disregard for signature matching is an example of the latter, but not necessarily the former.

In an election, the connections between parts of the process are separated from other parts to anonymize the connection between the voter and the individual vote. As with all forensic auditing there are other moving parts between the various transactions that make it complicated, if not impossible, to completely hide the evidence of tampering.

Where do we look for these traces? Why is it so hard to hide Election Fraud?

There are many moving parts and gaps in data. Corrupted data at critical intersection points and broken timelines gives up the game. To identify this takes persistence, access to the data and an understanding of the process. In financial systems, the first indication of fraud is often missing data or a lack of cooperation by those involved in the fraud. In our case we wanted to find an indicator even more powerful than illegal voters, illegal ballots, vote to voter discrepancies, and blatant disregard for accuracy and legitimate process.

Many of the indicators we have already found:
- missing images
- images with fake hash coding
- votes without voters or ballot images
- fake registrations
- injections or deletions of large blocks of voters during the count, when registrations are frozen
- broken batch control and missing chain of custody documents
- strong resistance to transparency

Guess what else we found? Vote washing.

We have found proof of voters being moved in and out of the voter rolls, resulting in massive changes to the voter record, something that cannot happen. These are in-stream attempts to destroy the digital evidence as the paper trail is rewritten. These findings are measured from comparing just three snapshots of data for each of the 7 states. Since washing destroys the audit trail, it would be better to use continuous edit records.

If USA had daily or hourly records, we would see many, many more illegal changes. The states’ resistance to transparency makes this difficult if not impossible, although it is our right as citizens to check the work of our bureaucratic employees. Don’t you have to do your job properly in order to get paid? Nonetheless, we have tracked millions of vote changes and registration status changes during the vote counting process. This is intentional, malicious, illegal activity. The attached chart shows the fraud.

By the way, some of our auditors found a bit of vote washing in 2020 as well.

As Yogi Berra might say, if he was an election auditor:

If it was accurate when it was certified, why did it change? If it wasn't accurate, why was the election certified?

Election Officials invariably resort to name calling and waving their hands to convince others our USA evidence is not credible.

However, they have several problems when referring to the United Sovereign Americans team. One of our co-founders helped write the Help America Vote Act, specifically the elements focused on technology and operational integrity, as a nationally recognized subject-matter expert. We also have lawyers, data analysts, logicians, intelligence community alumni, programmers, forensic investigators, auditors and many others within our group of thousands of credentialed, credible, professional volunteers.

Another blow to attacking USA is that we have leveraged our skills together in an entirely unique “Rosie the Riveter” type patriotic initiative. Like General Washington himself, we operate purely as Americans, not political party actors. Our work is done in support of the fundamental right to choose representatives, not toward any outcome or privilege.

We have shown in this thread there were millions of outright violations of the law regarding the operation of the elections. As humans, we do not want to the see the truth laid out in front of us, at times. Without a solution, it is overwhelming. Because USA has meticulously created court-ready evidence, and aligned with the best constitutional attorneys in the country, we have a peaceful solution for the American people.

Who are the United Sovereign Americans? Nothing more than citizens, like you, who chose an extraordinary path. We raised money and hired lawyers, and we began with filing nine federal lawsuits, with more needed and being drafted immediately.

In the next chapters of this thread we will describe that solution, but first you had to see the scope and scale of the problem. Our elections are under attack. You had to know that it unequivocally involves malice against you, your family, your livelihood, and against freedom. Just like the time of our founding, the solution is hard.
