How about one more round of appetizers until we get to the main course. This one is such a doozy it needs its own 🧵

Very Special Agent Fraud on the Gulf had a rough start to his DEA Career. It turns out that his boss ended up being arrested for trafficking Cocaine. Don’t worry, word on the street is that Sean wasn’t the one who caught him keeping with his track record of letting the drugs flow

Background: A criminal in Eugene Oregon by the name of Joe Keating was attempting to buy 2500 hits of LSD from a DEA informant in Western Massachusetts named Andrew Young. Sean McDonough working the case with DEA-Oregon used body worn and telephonic wires to record the deals.

In the interest of expediency, I won’t be proofreading this thread. You are getting it raw. Excuse any typos.

These screenshots tell the story and are from 2 Articles in the Valley Advocate a newspaper that was based in Northampton, MA.

The article implies here that McDonough used a healthy dose of police brutality while making the arrest. It must have been pretty impressive as the defendant would not detail the assault out of well-founded fear of what McDonough would do to him.

McDonough’s tough guy routine here is entirely expected. He already was a legend in his own mind.

Click to expand this photo below to see bully on the gulfs typical tough guy routine. While the suspect remains silent.

In this edition of corrupt federal agent, the suspect states that he is invoking his 5th amendment right and asking to speak to a lawyer. Here in the United States, that’s where the interrogation is supposed to end. That is unless you’re tough guy SOTG, he presses forcefully.

Maybe in this next screenshot, the defendant will be afforded his constitutional rights. Does anyone want to bet if that occurs? TLDR: Sean brings the suspect to his even more corrupt boss. (Is anyone starting to get Norfolk County Vibes yet?)

I guess our question was answered, instead of calling his attorney, Corrupt Cops Kearing and McDonough had other plans.

This is an excerpt from another part of the story. They held Keating who requested a lawyer and to invoke his 5th amendment right against self-incrimination to a prolonged custodial interrogation against the law.

In addition to the excessive force and the violation of the defendants 5A rights, Sean was also in charge of the evidence in the case, namely the tapes which were accepted by secretary Camille McGale who ended up marrying Sean’s drug dealer boss to avoid testifying against him.😬

Keating’s defense attorney was alleging entrapment at the time and lo and behold the tapes were mysteriously missing 69 seconds of content after they had been maintained by Sean. Q-A-Sean even provided a theory on what happened by making up a reason for the gap in the tapes.

McDonough’s explanation was so far-fetched that despite the government trying to call the defense conspiracy theorists, the Judge allowed the tape to be examined by the FBI to try and determine if McDonough intentionally destroyed evidence. Who wants to guess what they found?

The defense moved for a dismissal due to the deliberate destruction of evidence. The government tried to strong arm the defendant into a plea deal using a new assistant US Attorney. The defendant held firm.

When the defendant didn’t play ball to help cover up McDonoughs destruction of evidence, they got the grand jury to file a superseding indictment to try and punish him and force a plea deal. (Sound familiar?)

Despite his obvious destruction of evidence and wholesale violations of the defendants rights as well as actual crimes committed by McDonough, the Norfolk County DA’s Office…oh wait sorry, the Springfield DEA office helped clear Sean despite his voice being the one on the tape.

In the end, the judge did the right thing because despite the defendant being guilty, we live in America where corrupt scumbag cops like Sean McDonough just like the MSP Goon Squad of Michael Morrissey in Norfolk County just aren’t allowed to do whatever they want.

I’ll be a devils advocate here for a minute. Sure @Leopardo8 was a dirty cop working for a dirty agency but hey, the times were different then. This stuff happened back then because law enforcement got away with it. It doesn’t make it ok.

The truth of the matter is that Sean on the gulf acts exactly the same way now. Like he lives in that world with the same rules that applied then. He forgets that the internet changed the score and that scumbag corrupt cops is what brings us all out to the sidewalks in this case.

I’d tell you to go away as a disgrace Sean but stick around. These little history lessons were only the appetizer. What comes next is the story of how you sold out everyone who supported you because you’re still a corrupt fraud. Stay tuned. 👀
