Toward Hama, SAA forces appear to have retaken some towns immediately north of the provincial capital: Jabal Zain al-Abidin and Qomhana. Rebel forces have shifted focus to the west, claiming control of Arbaeen and Umm nir.
In Aleppo countryside, rebel forces took over two important places, previously abandoned by SAA forces: As-Safirah and the Aleppo Thermal Power Plant.
The SAA has retaken Taybat al-Imam, ~15km north of Hama. It seems clear that rebel forces managed to get inside the capital but were unable to gain a foothold after SAA redeployed heavy equipment. Rebel control goes as far as Suran.
Trophies. Rebel forces captured a Pantsir-S1 air defense system, BM-21 Grad MLRS, BM-27 Uragan MLRS and a ZSU-23-4 Shilka among many other things.

Rebel forces captured an SAA Strela-10 short-range air defense system.
On the Aleppo-Al-Safira-Khanassir road, a large group of SAA soldiers were captured. Previously, rebels Operations Room already confirmed a group of 30 were captured in this particular area.
Rebel forces captured several T-72 tanks in As-Safira. In addition, a BMP-1 is visible. These were abandoned by SAA forces.

In the northern countryside of Aleppo, Syrian rebels (SNA and HTS led forces) have quickly taken over SDF territory. Only few towns remain under SDF control of which is is unknown if there is any SDF presence left at all. Tell-Rifaat is reportedly either captured or surrounded.
SDF in Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in Aleppo has accepted a rebel forces (HTS-led) offer for safe passage towards Raqqa. They will leave the area that will allow the rebel forces to completely take control over all of Aleppo.
Rebel forces showcased more L-39ZA/ZO Albatros trainer aircraft, captured at Aleppo International Airport from the SAA. These trainer aircraft were likely subject to repair or used for spare parts.
Situation by the end of 01/12. SAA regained territory north of Hama. Rebel forces (SNA/HTS) cleaned up the area's in and around Aleppo and captured SDF held territory north of Aleppo. SDF captured SAA territory west of Lake Assad.
Rebel forces captured a 152mm 2S3 Akatsiya self-propelled gun from the SAA.
