1 – Hybe/Source Music leaked NewJeans’ medical records and videos of the members, recorded when they were minors, dancing inappropriate choreographies during their trainee days to Dispatch and the media without their consent.

2 – Hybe employees were caught cyberbullying NewJeans on the Blind app well before the Hybe vs. Min Hee Jin conflict happened. They also encouraged idols and other employees to ignore NewJeans within the company.

3 – Hybe/Source Music pressured the members of NewJeans to give up their studies.

4 – Bang PD never acknowledged the existence of NewJeans within the company and had been ignoring the members since their debut. He also mocked the success of 'Ditto’.

5 – When Belift tried to refute Min Heejin’s plagiarism claims, they thought it would be a good idea to sexualize newJeans when they were all minors:
