Andrew Tate has continually lied about his rape charges being dropped. NONE have been dropped in fact they've only increased.

These are the current rape charges & allegations:
-Four UK women are alleged victims in a UK civil case accusing Tate of rape & assault between 2013 - 2016.
-Tate is charged in the first Romanian criminal case of two counts of rape in continuous taking place in 2022 (he's also charged with sex trafficking (4 victims) & organised crime).

-In a second Romanian criminal case Tate is charged with statutory rape of a 15 year old in 2020 (that also includes charges of sex trafficking (6 victims), sex trafficking a minor (1 victim/Different minor to the sex charge), money laundering, influencing statements & organised crime).

-Criminal charges in the UK of rape & sexual assault (& human trafficking (at least 3 victims)) dating back to 2012-2015.
These are all separate victims, separate cases & all still ongoing (despite what Tate says).

Now let's look at the patterns between them especially the accusations of Tate violently choking women...

In the UK civil case the four victims are referred to as AA, BB, CC & DD.

CC (referred to under the alias ANNA in the clip below) claims she was attacked & raped by Tate in 2013 when she was 21 while they were dating.

She claimed they were kissing when Tate then said: 'I'm just debating whether to rape you or not.'

She alleges: "Out of the blue he just got up. Grabbed me by the throat. Smashed me to the back of the bed" & raped her while "strangling me extremely hard."

Following this CC claims Tate sent her threatening messages & voice notes (featured below). When Tate was asked by the BBC about the messages he declined to comment.

CC reported the rape & assault to the police in 2014.

DD alleges she met Tate in 2014. Several months after having a one night stand she went to his flat & cooked dinner for Tate. They then started to have consensual sex.

Tate then began strangling her "crushing my windpipe" she describes struggling to breath "until I lost consciousness." "I was absolutely terrified. I just remember gasping for air... It was rape."

DD says she came back around to find Tate "still having sex with me". She's not sure how long she was out but Tate had continued to have sex with her while she was unconscious.

The following day one of her eyes had a burst blood vessel caused by being choked so hard (this has been verified by the BBC by a friend of DD who saw the injury & was told about it at the time.)

DD didn't go to the police when it happened which she now regrets.

AA alleges to have worked for Andrew Tate as a webcam model when in 2015 at the Hilton Hotel in Luton she was sexually assaulted after a shift.

She claims she was "drunk & tired" when Tate said to her & another webcam model "One of you fucking bitches need to sleep in the bed with him."

After getting into bed with Tate he choked her, whispering into her ear "good girl" as he raped her.

AA left but was later convinced to return by Tate. She alleges he raped her a second time & this time choked her so hard leaving her with blood shot eyes. A condition called 'petechia.'

BB also a webcam model for Tate in the UK civil case claims he would punch her & strangle her, sometimes almost to the point of passing out.

AA & BB both claim they were under abusive coercive control as webcam models for Tate.

Both AA & BB went to the police in 2015 (separately to CC who went in 2014). Making allegations of rape & physical assault against Tate. Andrew Tate was subsequently arrested for questioning.

The women heard nothing until they saw Andrew Tate on Big Brother in 2016.

Andrew Tate was fired from Big Brother after a tape was leaked of him beating a girl with a belt. Another video came out weeks later of him slapping & abusing the same girl.

Andrew Tate claimed it was role playing which was supported by Vivian aka Irina the girl in the video at the time.

However the minor Andrew Tate has been charged with trafficking in the second case is Vivian. Vivian's age has been confirmed (by the Slovakian & Romanian governments) & puts her at 15 in 2012 when the tape was made.

This video of Vivian saying she's seen someone "accidentally kill their girlfriends during sex because they were choking them that hard", is very disturbing knowing she's been with Andrew Tate from the age of 15.

After a 4 year investigation, the Hertfordshire Police sent the case to the Crown Prosecution Service who determined in 2019 not to charge Tate.

In the meantime Andrew Tate fled to Romania. He openly states one of the main reasons why he moved to Romania was because of their relaxed laws around prosecuting rape.

On 8th of May 2024 Andrew Tate was served with the UK civil proceedings.

From a statement put out by the law firm representing the four women: "Despite additional evidence, the CPS have decline the women's recent requests to review it's decision. The criminal justice system let these women down; civil action is their last remaining route to justice."

On June 21st 2023 Andrew Tate was charged by Romanian authorities with two material acts of rape in continuous form (along with sex trafficking & organised crime).

*Two women's alleged experiences of Tate raping them are included in the indictment (both are trafficking victims). However one of the women's alleged rapes happened in the UK so not part of the charges.

Below is the lawyer of the alleged victim from the UK describing how Tate groomed her into webcamming.

She claims it was when the alleged victim expressed doubts about wanting to do webcamming that Tate "brutally raped" her in 2022.

In the indictment it describes how while having sex Tate was hitting the victim on the head "right on the temple" with one hand while choking her with the other. "All his physical strength was focused on that hand." She describes feeling "on the verge of death."

She tried to tell him to stop but couldn't "as a result of not being able to speak."

The victim sustained an eye injury caused by the strangulation. "The injury to the eye consisted of burst blood vessels in the eyeball, which affected the injured REDACTED vision for a long period of time." She also sustained an injury to her breast.

The judicial authorities were provided with evidence of the injuries including photographs & related messages.

*Important update to the status of the victim in this indictment addressed at the bottom of the thread.

Andrew Tate's first charge for raping the other victim is described in the indictment. He allegedly manipulated & coerced the victim into having sex with him & two of the other trafficking victims at the Marriott Hotel in 2022.

The victim refused the idea of a threesome but Tate pressures her: "You better be my perfect bitch."

She continually objects: "I'm not going to do that", "I don't want you sleeping with other girls."

Tate: "shut up bitch. You'll do what I say."

*There's extensive messages showing the victim not wanting to do this.

The three women drank two bottles of wine before Tate arrived in the hotel room. Although the victim was intoxicated she was are what she was doing. "There were things that the injured person did not consider normal."

After the victim locked herself in the bathroom & cried her eyes out. Realising she was "manipulated."

The second alleged rape of the same woman allegedly occurred in 2022 at Andrew Tate's place in Romania. He told her to "go to the room." "Subsequently, Tate followed the injured person REDACTED and told her that he would rape her first and then they would talk."

Tate told her "to take off her clothes, keep her shoes on, and then punched her in the face. She claims she could not reject Tate "because he, during the sexual act, was squeezing her head."

The indictment points to the "same modus operandi" of Andrew Tate assaulting & specifically strangling & raping women. Referencing the other trafficking victim & AA's account in 2015 that she gave to the UK authorities.

In March 2024 Andrew Tate & Tristan Tate were detained in Bucharest after an arrest warrant was put out by the UK's Bedforshire Police.

The warrant is for additional charges of rape & sexual assault in the UK dating back to 2012-2015.

Details are still unclear but there are at least three alleged victims & reports of 10 to over 20 allegations of rape, sexual assault & trafficking. Reportedly the victims were drugged & subjected to "excruciating" "sexual perversions."

"Each of these complaints could bring the Tate brothers life sentences."

Both Tate brothers will be extradited after their Romanian criminal trials.
*Very important to clarify despite what Andrew Tate says this is an entirely NEW criminal case with separate victims to the other four UK victims previously covered above.

Andrew Tate's home was raided in August 2024 & he was subsequently charged in a second criminal case in Romania (this investigation was announced back in June 2023).

The new charges for Andrew Tate consist of:

-Establishing an organised criminal group.
-Money Laundering
-Trafficking in minors (As covered previously in the thread the minor is Vivian aka Irina who he's charged with trafficking into webcam from 2017 at the age of 17).
-Continuous human trafficking (6 victims) from 2015-2021.
-Influencing statements - three acts from 2023.
-Continuous sex with a minor (15 years old) starting from 2020.

Andrew Tate is alleged to have rented an apartment for the 15 year old. He "repeatedly engaged in sexual intercourse and anal and oral sexual acts", "knowing she was 15 years old."

The 15 year old is quoted saying:

"When we had sex, Andrew was often aggressive with me, in the sense that he beat me with a belt, choked me, it happened that once he choked me until I fainted, circumstances in which he woke me up by slapping me in the face."

She also said:

"You take her so young, you fool her and make her your slave? Fuck you... And, anyway, think about it, bro, when I was little, I had sex with him, God, He put his dick in my ass and I was telling him, stop, bro. He choked me, fuck, when I was little."

It's due to these allegations being so severe that Andrew Tate remains under house arrest (extended on Dec 27th 2024 for another 30 days).

Important to point out Andrew Tate's brother Tristan also has a thing for strangling women & has been accused of rape (as mentioned above he's also facing criminal charges in the UK) & assaulting women multiple times. To name a few:

One UK woman (alias Daisy in the clip below) claims Tristan strangled & raped her in Romania in 2017. She says she told Tristan: "10 to 15 times" that she didn't want to have sex & "he just proceeded to put his hands around my throat & do what he wanted to do anyway."

UK authorities arrested Tristan Tate in 2014 after he allegedly hit a woman after a New Year's Eve party.

When one of the trafficking victims refused to do webcam Tristan he told two women who worked for him & Andrew (& are also charged with trafficking & other crimes): "go, get her out of the house/hit her if you have to," "you've seen me do this 10 times."

For this Tristan was charged with instigation of assault (in the first Romanian criminal case). The woman who carried out the assault has also been charged.

CURRENT STATUS OF ALLEGATIONS & CHARGES:

-Andrew Tate has claimed recently that the first Romanian criminal case was dismissed. It was not.

There were three irregularities found in the case:

The main one appearing to be that Andrew Tate's right to defence was violated by not being given sufficient time for defence against the charges related to the last victim (the first alleged victim in the Romania criminal case addressed above).

The prosecutor is rewriting the indictment to address the three irregularities found by the court. It’s expected that the prosecutor will take this opportunity to re-join the second case with the first, as it was originally intended.

-If the first & second Romanian cases aren't combined then the Tates could be indicted for the second criminal case around February this year.

-The UK civil case could have a trial date announced in the next few weeks & is expected to begin this year (Andrew Tate will very likely still be in Romania).

-Andrew & Tristan Tate will be extradited to the UK to face their criminal case after all their criminal proceedings have finished in Romania.

Andrew Tate has countless videos "joking" about strangling & assaulting women.

After going through this thread detailing the many allegations, made by many women, who have never met each other, that have taken place over a decade that have the exact same modus operandi.

It should be pretty clear now these aren't jokes but appear to be in fact the confessions of a monster.
