Last here I had the privilege to participate in EFL 2024 which was presented by @Trader_Dante

I didn't know this guy before, but It seemed to change my mindset on trading, affected my career and my personality.

Here is what i learned and how i will action on that 👇

If you do not journal whatever you are doing you are destined to fail.

Reports i implemented since then and helped massively:

- Daily Trading Plan
- Journaling
- W / Q / Y Performance Review
- Demon Finder
- Statistics

Daily Trading Plan

Plan your trades ahead. Be aware of what you are doing.

If you are not then you will do random stuff and enter random trades without any improvement.

Journaling

Find your own way to have proper data and track of whatever you are doing.

What i use is my own spreadsheet with the data i love to see R:R , setups and why i did and what happened.

You can also use software's online.

W / Q / Y Performance Review

Found to be one of the most important things.

You can identify what you are doing wrong and improve. Ask those questions.

Demon Finder

Learn from your mistakes and improve.

Do not let yourself suffer.

Statistics.

Wouldn't be nice to have a probability of what could happen in the next days / weeks based on historical data?

Patience is also key, money are not made while trading but while waiting.

Additional thoughts.

You have to treat you trading journey like a true business.

Have your strategies well implemented and a trading plan that you will follow no matter what.

I still think i trade like a cunt (something that @Trader_Dante likes to say 😅 but at least i did something good after this course.

Last thoughts, the reason i attended EFL is because i do not want to serve another cunt in the next decade but myself.

Almost everything of the above stuff belongs to Tom and stuff he has put online.
