Simply this is where the build up of orders are located in form of stop losses, buy stops, sell stops, etc.
The market runs off of liquidity every single order needs a willing buyer or seller on the other side.
There is a high trading volume to these zones that the market is attracted to.
DEEP DIVE INTO LIQUIDITY
You might want to complicate it but this is all you will ever need for your liquidity mastery.
1. INTERNAL RANGE LIQUIDITY (IRL)
- This is fair value for the markets.
2. EXTERNAL RANGE LIQUIDITY (ERL)
- Are the liquidity pools resting on the exterior end of the ranges.
NOTE: Those short term highs /lows in a smaller timeframe tend to be FVG in a higher Timeframe.
TRADING SESSION
All liquidity is not meant for the price to start moving in the right direction. Sometimes it is a fake out.
You should understand that liquidity inside a specific session is the most important and what you should focus on given your trading session.
