The time has come to reveal our first secret cage match...
In one corner Caryma "The Hall Monitor" Sa’d and her partner in crime, King Leer.
And in the other we have....
Kids.
Let's rumble!
In Sept 2024, Sa’d seized an opportunity to speak at a TDSB meeting after the far-right pressured the school board with manufactured outrage that students attended the annual Grassy Narrows River Run and witnessed expressions of solidarity with Palestinians.
During Sa’d's three-minute speech she made multiple false or misleading statements in an effort to both paint protests as being unsafe for students and to brand herself as an expert with superior knowledge to CAHN. Sa'd has absurdly cast as herself as their rival.
Sa’d's speech focused on what she claimed were safety concerns for students, but Sa’d isn't an arbiter of child safety; Team Sa’d acts unethically towards minors. They have used them as props to farm engagement and never blur or refrain from posting images or videos of children.
Team Sa’d view everyone, including minors, as potential media content. Exploiting minors for clicks is not new for the duo; in 2016, while under Lee's direction, SP411's Hallowe'en party used photos of minors accompanied by sexual hashtags as advertising.
In 2017, Sa’d's Meetup group 'Wrestling Buds' used minors as advertising for her adult-only events.
Outside the People's Circle for Palestine encampment, Lee approached a minor who was toying with a chestnut on the fence. The boy and his sister were not affiliated with the encampment; they were visiting from the Netherlands and innocently attempting to feed squirrels.
The clip went viral and was posted as a feel-good story on Reddit but elicited negative responses from Redditors. Redditors questioned why Lee would approach a minor so aggressively or film them at all. Several comments noted Lee's inappropriate behaviour toward the minor.
Sa’d spoke to the TDSB of student protesters who risk "going viral" if caught by cameras in controversial moments, which could affect them for the rest of their lives. Sa’d omitted that she and Lee seek out those moments to exploit them for money and fleeting internet fame.
Team Sa’d attend student-led protests in search of viral content. In May 2024, Lee was confronted by a youth for filming minors without their consent. Despite the size difference between them, Team Sa'd used the youth's questioning of Lee's intentions to paint Lee as a victim.
At another student-led protest against the genocide in Palestine, Team Sa’d showed up looking for confrontations after Zionists mentioned a counter-protest.
Several parents/community members who had gathered at the school to protect children from harassment by Zionists opposing the event took issue with Sa'd and Lee's presence at the school; reporting them to police and turning their cameras on the pair.
This reaction is not uncommon; Lee makes people feel uncomfortable. He is deceptive and cagey about who he is and why he's filming. He attracts attention and causes a scene; he pushes into people, lunges, and shoves his phone into faces.
Lee's demeanour puts people on high alert, more so when his unwanted attention is focused on children. Parents and/or concerned community members react to Lee filming minors by trying to block Lee and his camera, remove him from the area, or go to the police.
Sa’d then shifts blame onto those reacting to Lee's unsettling behaviour and aggressive filming, building up the fiction that there is an orchestrated plot against them. But it's Lee's actions that earn him a hostile reception; he is a creep, not the victim of a conspiracy.
In 2023, at a drag storytime in Uxbridge, a mother went to the police concerned about Lee filming her child.
In March 2024, at a Zionist rally, Lee approached a group of teenage girls dancing and jumping to music. One teen caught his eye; he sought her out with his camera, centering her in the frame until her mother blocked him and reported him to the police for filming children.
As usual, Sa'd minimized Lee's behaviour, but it wasn't about privacy as Sa’d pretended; it was about safety. Lee is a strange man filming young girls, refusing to identify himself or his reasons for needing footage of teenagers. Any mother/family member would be concerned.
Lee's contribution to the hypersexualization of girls attracted a perverted comment about the teenager Lee focused his attention on. Caryma Sa’d hid the comment but did not remove the video in which the teenagers were objectified.
In another incident, Lee trailed a mother and her teenage sons down the street. Worried about Lee following them to her car, the mother grabbed her phone to record him. Another woman, who is a frequent target of Lee's, had begun approaching him with her phone in hand, as well.
Once confronted, Lee pretended to be scared, crying out and begging not to be hit to attract the attention of officers nearby. After one intervened, and Lee felt he had the upper hand again, he dropped the act, antagonizing the mother by mockingly asking her out for a drink.
Sa’d made a post naming the mother, along with a call-out to her followers asking for information on her, accusing her of unverified crimes against Team Sa’d. The post included a still from the video Lee took, with the one of woman's teenage sons visible in the frame.
The Love-Lees began making outlandish claims; accusing the mother of a premeditated plan to attack Lee, implying her children had laser pointers and used them to assault Lee. The Love-Lees targeted both the mother and her children.
Team Sa'd use children as a means to control and punish adults. They attempt to exert power over their target by threatening the safety of their families; controlling when and how a child's image is used, and exposing minors to harm from Team Sa’d's followers.
In Sa’d's speech to the TDSB, she mentioned a child with a "weaponized" sound device used on adults. Sa’d omitted her partner, Lee, was the one of the adults and that the little girl had reason to feel threatened by him and justified in wanting to protect herself from his focus.
Team Sa'd have taken special interest in Sherif's daughter. When the duo make the trek from Toronto to Ottawa for Drag Storytime, they seek out Sherif and her child. Lee's surveillance of the little girl makes her, and those around her, uncomfortable.
At one Drag Story Time, Lee caught sight of the child outside with her mother; he held his camera on them. To get a better shot he got down on one knee and knelt theatrically in the roadway. Sa’d stood watching over the scene; smiling while toying with a flower.
Later that day, Lee was caught on a neighbour's Nest camera lurking outside Sherif and her daughter's home.
On the day of the incident Lee was skulking around, prowling for conflict. He followed Sherif to where her daughter stood; adults tried to block his camera and used a megaphone to protect her while the little girl shouted, "Stranger danger!" and pointed the whistle at him.
Sa’d inverted the situation, recasting Lee's role from antagonist to victim. It was Lee who had pursued the little girl and her supposed "weapon" more than once, not her. He could've left the child alone or walked away; he chose to stay.
He wanted the melodrama.
The whistle was used not just to try to stop Lee from physically harassing the little girl but also to prevent Sa’d from continuing to use Sherif's daughter as bait for her blood-thirsty audience, who have no qualms about targeting children.
Sa’d's followers have taunted Sherif with threats to CAS and insulted her daughter's looks. Sa'd sycophant Charise Smith went so far as threatening the child, after mistakenly thinking Sherif ran an alt that trolled her mother, the Love-Lee Rita Rewerts.
When Sa'd implied Sherif's then nine-year-old daughter committed assault with a weapon, she intended to facilitate harassment of the child. Sa’d has posted and reposted the child's image ad nauseam, encouraging hateful, violent, and bigoted messages about a little girl.
In July 2024, Sa’d released a video of an altercation between a Zionist senior and a seventeen-year-old Muslim girl. The video of the incident went viral, spurring calls for the minor to be assaulted and deported.
Sa'd was not present for the altercation; the video was supplied by another Zionist at the event. Sa'd did not collect the facts before posting, nor did she blur the minors in the video, and she falsely claimed the senior was pushed under a bus.
Sa'd is a lawyer; she's aware that by law minors charged or convicted of a crime cannot have their name and identifying information publicized, except for very specific circumstances, and Sa'd's fear-mongering social media posts don't meet those requirements.
Sa'd distorts the meaning of "public interest" to frame her sensationalism as principled. Public interest isn't how interested the public is in a story but whether or not a story serves the welfare of the public. mediahelpingmedia.org/basics/applyin…
Exposing minors to harassment and violent threats for crimes Sa’d 𝘍𝘌𝘌𝘓𝘚 they've committed will never fall under the realm of public interest; fueling hatred serves no one but Team Sa’d. And the long-term consequences to the children they've targeted are unknown.
Sa’d is far from the concerned citizen she presented herself as at the TDSB meeting. Her primary interest is self-promotion, not the safety of children. She enables Lee; she protects him and attempts to punish and criminalize anyone who stands up to them, including children.
With the rise of content creators like Sa'd, who build their platforms on non-consensual filming, there isn't enough being done to protect the privacy and rights of children from profiteers. Minors are ill-equipped to handle online bullying and self-serving predatory couples.
Up next two new contenders enter the cage...
Who could they be? Only time will tell!
