1/9 Edward Jennings was scheduled for his first hearing yesterday. The hearing was continued for the second time and won’t take place until next month.
With that being said, the Jennings family would like some things the public has been saying about them and their businesses cleared up. And as an honest person, I think that’s only fair. **If you live in Idaho, I suggest you read to the end.
2/9 Mr. Jennings here, who owns Affordable Road and Drive in Idaho, posted this selfie to show potential customers that he is not the Edward Jennings who was arrested in Arizona.
Unfortunately, he went a step further and claimed to have no affiliation with that Ed Jennings.
In the Traveller dating scene, “first cousin” may be considered “not affiliated,” but unfortunately for him (let’s call him “Other Ed”) and his offspring, a first cousin who’s part of the same criminal cult community, is kinda considered “affiliated”.
It gets worse for Other Ed and his business, though.
3/9 The reviews for Affordable Road and Drive show the standard Traveller tradecraft at work- theft, bar fights, fake reviews from family members, scamming elderly customers, and then either intimidating the complainant or claiming the business is under new ownership.
Patrick will say he had a falling out with his brother Ed and took over the business, then John will say he bought the business from Patrick, and so on for years.
Classic Traveller playbook.
But it actually gets even worse for Mr. “I had nothing to do with the Arizona assault. I’m just an innocent man with the same name running an honest business.”
4/9 If you look at photos of Affordable Road and Drive’s business address, you’ll see it’s an industrial lot with no house on it. But inside a building on the property, there’s a small trailer.
We’ll come back to that.
For now, let’s talk about Other Ed’s brother (also a first cousin to Arizona assault Ed Jennings) - John Jennings.
5/9 Registered sex offender John Jennings, that is.
Pick a state, and you’ll likely find John has a criminal record there.
When he was living with the Texas crew, he was arrested on domestic violence charges, and records show his wife pursued a protection order against him.
The fact that his victim sought a protection order speaks volumes to how dangerous he is as it’s almost unheard of in the Traveller community for a woman to go against a family member like that.
6/9 After that, John racked up arrests for DUIs, criminal trespassing, drugs, assault, etc., across multiple states before ending up in Bemidji, Minnesota, where he was arrested for a violent sexual assault.
When police questioned him about what he was doing in Bemidji, he responded: “Getting drunk.”
Seems to be a trend for these guys.
The details of the assault are brutal. I wrote about it here before, but it was reported and removed.
7/9 So how does this tie back to Mr. Innocent Ed’s business - Affordable Road and Drive?
Well, as a registered sex offender, John has to provide the police with his home address, which is posted publicly.
And when you look up the address John gave police, what comes up?
Not a house, but the industrial lot in Idaho Falls where Affordable Road and Drive operates.
So either John provided police with a false home address, or there is a sex offender living in that small trailer inside the Affordable Road and Drive garage.
John was also claimed to be the business owner at one point in their “avoid scam accountability” owner rotation.
8/9 This past year, Affordable Road and Drive was awarded a $50,000 contract for a middle school property in Wyoming.
I certainly hope the registered sex offender and domestic abuser John Jennings wasn’t part of that crew.
If they even showed up at all.
9/9 Hopefully, Mr. Jennings appreciates that it’s now cleared up that he was NOT involved in the Arizona assault his cousin Ed was arrested for.
He’s only been housing a sex offender and according to reviews, running scams for decades.
BUT HE WAS NOT INVOLVED IN THE ARIZONA ASSAULT.
All cleared up.
John better hope he’s tucked in nice and tight in that trailer if the boys in blue decide to stop by today for a little check-in.
