ACP Leaks Profile picture
The so-called "American Communist Party" appears to be nothing but a criminal organization involved in a racketeering conspiracy. Receipts dropping regularly.

DISCLAIMER: The following leaks were provided by a whistleblower and shared here with the good faith intent of protecting members of the public from predatory litigation, intimidation, extortion, physical harm, and other threats.

This account is being run by individuals unrelated to the whistleblower and outside of the whistleblower’s control. Additionally, none of the individuals mentioned in these leaks have anything to do with this account.

We believe these screenshots to be true and accurate, and are sharing without malice within the allowances provided by the qualified privilege.

We believe ACP to be nothing but a front for what amounts to a criminal conspiracy to harass and intimidate individuals who are critical of their ideas or the individuals involved with their organization.

We believe the following will demonstrate that the sole purpose of ACP is to attempt to extract money from individuals and fund the adventurism of its leadership.

ACP admitting defamatory statements don't exist, suggesting “baiting” into making statements. This isn’t what an organization that is the “victim of defamatory statements” and/or worried about a “damaged reputation” does. This is what someone does when they want to make money.

Grayson Walker, who lives with his parents in SC and is not actually a lawyer, asks other members to send cease and desist letters, because he is afraid of putting his address on it. Again, this isn’t how a legitimate organization acts, this is how bullies and stalkers act.

Again, hiding who is sending the letters, because they aren’t intended to stop defamation and avoid damages, they are intended to intimidate and threaten.

Ali Hammoud (Haz) demanding the rest of the executive board of ACP “doxx” critics.

Grayson Walker asking “Rev” (Noah Engesser) to “doxx” a critic.

Executive Board conspiring to commit crimes: leaking private information, stalk and harass (with a “voice changer”), and even suggesting hiring an “Indian army” and utilizing “1,000 Twitter alt accounts” to harass a critic and their “entire family.”

ACP Executive Board members admitting that anonymous criticism often falls under parody but suggesting to lump it in with a suit against “Jonny” as part of a “conspiracy” plot, admitting they have no evidence of such a conspiracy. This again suggests the intent to harass critics.

Ali Hammoud (Haz) suggests sending a cease and desist letter to someone who criticized ACP for being pro-Trump (Infrared, the precursor to ACP, was behind the concept of “MAGA Communism”).

Ali Hammoud (Haz) complaining that his executive board isn’t sending enough cease and desist letters, and that ACP, a 501(c)(4), may appear to actually be a nonprofit organization.

“Christian W” who goes by “Darg,” openly admitting the cease and desist letters are only intended to intimidate “native” individuals, and ACP isn’t actually sending them to put a stop to defamation (only legitimate criticism).

John Jackman, ACP’s former lawyer who resigned last month, saying ACP will need to raise $100,000 per year to pursue legal action against one individual, Andrew Saturn, who they believe is behind the Twitter account “Bob Loblaw.”

What kind of legitimate communist organization would waste $100,000 per year going after critics?

Ali Hammoud (Haz) stating that he wants Andrew Saturn “gone.” Refers to criticism from this individual as “the Andrew problem” and that with him “gone,” ACP would have “no serious enemies.”

Christopher Helali, who sued his former partner and mother of the child he abandoned, talks about how he spent over $100,000 in his suit against her.

Ali Hammoud (Haz) admits that he doesn’t think the “Bob Loblaw” (turdism) Twitter account is Andrew Saturn, but that he “doesn’t have to prove it.”

Kyle Pettis and Ali Hammoud (Haz) claim Andrew Saturn alone is responsible for ACP not meeting their goals. Christian W. (the sole voice of reason?) brings up the fact that spending hundreds of thousands of dollars going after critics is a waste of party funds.

Ali Hammoud (Haz) admits that Jackson Hinkle is funding ACP. Jackson Hinkle is likely funded by Andrew Tate. Is Andrew Tate indirectly funding ACP? Kyle referencing a failed attempt at gaining funding from Fergie Chambers in a meeting in Tunisia.

Ali Hammoud (Haz) talking about taking a meeting with Dimitri Simes and RT. Then makes a cryptic mention of his trip to Moscow bearing “fruit” (money).

Stay tuned... more to come.
