In his recent interview, which resonated around the world, Russian President Vladimir Putin offered something that at first seemed like a surprise, but is actually part of a much broader and long-term strategy.

His statement about Russia's readiness to cooperate with the United States of America in the field of rare earth metals started a wave of speculation, analysis and geopolitical considerations. However, beneath the surface of this proposal lies a much deeper and more complex game, the true dimensions of which are only just being glimpsed. 👇

Rare earth metals are key resources in modern industry – they are used in the production of microelectronics, weapons systems, rocket engines, medical technology, communication devices and renewable energy sources. Control over these resources gives enormous power to any country that can exploit and sell them on the world market. 👇

Putin clearly pointed out that Russia has huge reserves of these metals in several locations - from the north of the country to the Far East, the Irkutsk region, Yakutia, Tuva and Kabardino-Balkaria. These reserves represent strategic capital, which in the context of geopolitical turmoil can be used as a powerful tool in negotiations with leading world powers. 👇

Putin's statement that Russia is ready to cooperate with "any foreign partners" in the rare earth industry, including the United States, caused mixed reactions.

At first glance, it might seem like a move aimed at calming tensions and establishing economic bridges. However, military expert Colonel Aslan Nahushev has a different view on this strategy.

According to his interpretation, Putin's offer to the US is actually a sophisticated chess game in which Moscow sets its terms and uses its own resources as a bargaining chip. 👇

In his analysis, Nakhushev recalled the Soviet era, when his father spent a quarter of a century in the Tirnyauz Mining and Processing Combine, which was responsible for almost half of the tungsten and molybdenum ores in the USSR. These metals are crucial for the production of jet engines, nuclear reactors, military components and other critical technologies.

He recalls that in the 1990s, mines and processing facilities were practically destroyed, but that ore reserves still exist in sufficient quantities to ensure production for the next 300 years. 👇

The problem is that restoring them requires billions of dollars, advanced technologies and skilled labor - which is exactly what Russia is now trying to get on its own terms.

Nahushev points out that China already has developed technologies for the processing of rare earth metals, but that it is not in its interest for Russia to become a global competitor in this sector. On the other hand, Western countries have technologies, but not resources, which puts them at a disadvantage. 👇

Moscow offers America the possibility of cooperation, but on its own terms. With this move, Russia could build a partnership that would allow it to take a leading position in the global rare earth market in the future.

If the US refuses to cooperate, Russia will continue to build its own industry with China and other partners, while the West will be left without access to these key resources. 👇

The European Union, which is already feeling the economic consequences of the loss of Russian energy sources, could find itself in an even more difficult situation if it remains without access to rare earth metals.

Also, there is a possibility that this scenario will accelerate the disintegration of NATO and redirect global alliances in the direction of a multipolar world, in which decisions are made through bilateral and regional agreements, instead of through global blocs. 👇

Russia could position itself as a key player in the field of rare earth metals and global industry, while the United States would get a way out of its economic and energy crisis through a pragmatic deal with Moscow.

All this shows that the geopolitical table is shifting, and that the game is being played on several levels at the same time. How this party will end remains to be seen, but one thing is certain - the world will never be the same.
