Oral Health Regeneration Blueprint:
In the early 2000s my gums were bleeding every time I brushed.
My dentist told me I needed surgery - and a lifetime of “maintenance.”
2 years later:
- No more bleeding.
- No more recession.
- Full healing. No surgery. No drugs.
Here’s my 5-step oral health protocol that changed everything:

Receding gums are a symptom, not a disease.
Gum disease is not a "local infection" - it's a systemic breakdown of connective tissue.
What causes that breakdown?
- Chronic lack of nutrients
- High blood sugar
- Poor mineral absorption (due to gut issues)
If your gums are weak, your entire connective tissue system is under attack!

Tooth decay starts from the inside, not the surface.
Dentists usually blame acid-producing bacteria for weak gums.
But your teeth have internal fluid channels - like little capillaries.
These channels flow outward when you're healthy, flushing toxins.
But when you're low on minerals (Ca, Mg, Ph), that flow reverses.
Now bacteria get sucked in - and decay begins. Brushing won’t save you!

Vitamin K2
K2 makes sure the calcium goes where it should.
It ensures calcium goes into your teeth and bones - not your arteries or joints.
Most people are calcium-deficient in function, not intake.
Without K2, calcium gets lost.
K2 sources:
- Grass-fed butter
- Natto (fermented soybeans)
- Egg yolks
- Aged cheese

Stop feeding the decay machine.
Modern (processed) food is like cancer to your oral ecosystem:
- Sugar (spikes blood sugar, feeds pathogens)
- White flour (acid-forming, depletes minerals)
- Vegetable oils (inflammatory, suppress immunity)
- Carbonated drinks (lowers pH, erodes enamel)
The mouth is a micro-ecosystem - don’t throw trash in it!

Heal with fat, collagen, and fermentation.
My oral health protocol emphasizes nutrient density above all.
Daily essentials:
- Cod liver oil (Vit A & D)
- Bone broth (glycine + collagen = rebuilds gums)
- Sauerkraut/kefir (restores gut flora → boosts absorption)
- Liver (heals blood, boosts iron & K2)
You don’t fight what is rotten, you rebuild the foundation.

Stop overbrushing. Start remineralizing.
Most people destroy their enamel and gums by brushing too hard, too often.
My daily oral health routine:
- Brush gently (2x/day)
- Homemade toothpaste: clay, baking soda, xylitol, peppermint
- Oil pulling: 1 tbsp coconut oil, 15 mins (antibacterial + pulls toxins)
- Saltwater rinse (alkalizes pH, soothes inflammation)
Avoid scrubbing too hard!

Gum healing requires oxygen-rich blood and mineral transport.
Gums regenerate with collagen - but only if your blood is oxygenated!
Barbara’s system support:
- Iron-rich foods (liver, spirulina, nettle tea)
- Deep diaphragmatic breathing
- Walking barefoot (grounding reduces inflammation)
- Sunshine (activates Vit D → calcium absorption)
If your blood is weak, your mouth will show it.

The mouth reflects your health.
Bleeding gums? Gut issues.
Cavities? Mineral deficiency.
Recession? Chronic inflammation.
Barbara views dental problems as early warning signs - like car engine lights.
Ignore them, and deeper issues follow:
- Bone loss
- Joint pain
- Heart disease

Oral Health Regeneration Blueprint:
- Eliminate sugar, flour, seed oils
- Flood body with: K2, A, D, C, collagen
- Prioritize: cod liver oil, liver, bone broth, ferments
- Brush gently with natural paste
- Rinse with saltwater, oil pull daily
- Fix your gut = fix nutrient absorption
- Oxygenate blood, exposure to sun, move barefoot

The body knows how to heal - give it what it needs!
