Why? Because the State Department has become a bloated bureaucracy that serves the DC swamp instead of the American people.
2/ Let's be clear: This isn't about "cutting diplomacy" like the Enemedia wants you to believe.
It's about eliminating Democrat slush funds masquerading as "human rights" and "democracy" programs. 🎯
3/ First Phase:
- 17% reduction in total offices
- Eliminating redundant positions
- Consolidating overlapping programs
- Getting rid of leftist slush funds
The Democrat full-employment program ends now!
4/ USAID? Gone by July 1st. This corrupt agency -- with THREE TIMES the budget of the CIA -- funded forced sterilizations of native women in Peru, transgender ideology in India, abortions in Africa, and the overthrow of multiple governments.

5/ USAID claimed it wasn't accountable to anybody: not the President, not Congress. WRONG.
Now its legitimate humanitarian assistance programs will be folded into the reorganized State Department to create accountability while eliminating the Marxist fraud.
6/ Why are Democrats panicking? Because Trump is cutting off their globalist funding streams. These "democracy promotion" programs have been nothing but ATMs for leftist organizations.
7/ Redundant = Democrat Full Employment Program
“Nobody is really sure what they do,” one senior official said of the Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations, now on the chopping block. "When I ask them, they seem to not really be sure what they’re supposed to be doing."

8/ In its place, Trump is creating an actual useful office with a clear mission - Bureau of Emerging Threats - focused on REAL threats like cyber attacks.
No more waste!
9/ Remember: Every "expert" crying about these cuts is probably someone who's been feeding at the government trough for years. Follow the money, folks! 💰
