2/ How to abuse YT?

Pendle currently has >60 stables, each with different designs and POINTS system.

Some say POINTS are like gambling - hoping that the airdrop will be good.

But to us, it don't matter.

We're here to SHOOT and SCOOT.

PAY ATTENTION.

You should always use LIMIT ORDER whenever you can.

In @pendle_fi, maker order fee is 0 (only taker pays the fee).

This allows us to:

1. Strategically set our entry price;

2. Save on hefty taker fee;

3. Higher chance to make profit.

2c/ READ THE BOOK.

E.g. @FalconStable $sUSDf order book:

- Buy YT has THIN order book until IY hits 9.15% = whale could easily smash IY down to 9.15%

- UY at 10% = anything under means YT makes free money (from yield and Falcon's airdrop)

- Good liquidity = healthy market.

2d/

Learn to read the charts (and news):

- @FalconStable announced their points system on April 30 = huge surge of YT = IY skyrockets

- Whales quickly discovered and bought PT with size (PT-sUSDe was only 9% in comparison)

- UY steadying at 10%.

2e/ THE PLAN

The trend tells us the IY will keep getting hammered to the ~10% range

You should then set limit order (BUY YT) from 10.83% - 9.89%.

REMEMBER, if UY stays at 10%, any YT below it = free points and yield.

Then if IY rebounds to >11%, SELL IT.

2f/ RECAP:

- Check if the market is healthy (i.e. good liquidity);
- Read the order books to identify opportunities to set limit orders;
- Identify and predict trends by understanding the chart;
- Set up your plan and BE PATIENT;
- and remember - EXIT when PROFIT.

3/ HOW TO IDENTIFY ALPHA/TREND?

As such, its important to predict WHEN is a good timing to buy YT (and even APE in w/ market order).

When $sUSDF listed their product on @pendle_fi, they haven't announced their points program.

Even when they announced it on April 30 - there was still AMPLE of time to ape in their YTs.

You'll have conviction once you understand the game.

3c/ KOLs

Check your favorite KOLs and see who's CREATING the trend.

@ViNc2453 made a post on @sparkdotfi $USDS

Soon enough there was massive volume, pumping the IY from 9.5% to 10.3%.
