The Ukrainian 20th Army Corps (20AK) might be deploying to the frontline after revealing its units.
With 4 of its maneuver brigades currently operating in southern Donetsk, it will partly replace Tactical Group Vuhledar (TGr Vuhledar).
(Boundaries on the map are approximate)
This is the composition of 20th Army Corps, as revealed yesterday in a post on its official Facebook page and initially reported by @Militarylandnet
The 23rd, 31st, 33rd and 141st Mechanized Brigades are the Corps' maneuver units already operating in this area.
As 67th Mechanized Brigade is still part of 9th Army Corps, it might rotate out in the near future.
Additional evidence of 20th Army Corps' deployment comes from today's post by TGr Vuhledar's former commander, Lieutenant General Naiev, announcing the end of his command tenure.
He also mentions that tasks in the area will now be managed by one of the newly established Corps.
The Corps' remaining maneuver unit, 17th Heavy Mechanized Brigade, was still in the Sumy direction in early June based on fundraisers.
As it will presumably move to 20AK's sector, we will keep you updated on its position in the future.
