Cassidy voted for RFK Jr., but ONLY because he got certain “concessions” in return.
Now, Cassidy’s decided he wants MORE.
The plan? FREEZE the entire health agency. 👇
Red tape will do Cassidy’s job for him.
-Delay the ACIP meetings
-Call endless hearings
-Flood Kennedy with fake scandals
-Hold up CDC appointments
-Keep Kennedy defending, not reforming
If you can’t kill the agenda, trap the man in process.
Delay, delay, delay.
Earlier this week, Cassidy tried to CANCEL the next ACIP meeting.
He claimed Kennedy hadn’t appointed enough members.
That’s false.
The quorum requirement for ACIP meetings, specifically for voting on vaccine recommendations, is at least eight eligible voting members present, as stipulated by the committee's charter.
After firing 17 members of ACIP—calling them “rubber stamps” for Pharma—Kennedy replaced them with 8 reformers.
Exactly the number necessary to meet quorum.
But pushing for a delay was the only way the Senator could block votes against new vaccines.
So he made up requirements that didn’t exist.

There, they wasted his time with HOURS of out-of-context quotes and weaponized soundbites.
“No, I was not comparing the CDC to Nazi death camps.”
Remember these ridiculous accusations during Kennedy’s hearing?
Months later, they’re still at it.
It’s all about wasting his time — and energy.
And of course, Senator Cassidy is at the heart of it all.

The time wasting went on… and on… and on.
But RFK Jr. kept slapping down their attacks.

What we’re witnessing is a calculated sabotage campaign.
Cassidy has turned the process into a weapon of red tape, ensuring RFK Jr. stays busy defending himself against baseless allegations.
If he’s tied up in committee, he can’t do the things he’s promised the American people.
If that happens, it’s a win for Cassidy.
